Travelodge Saltash

Very pleasant staff. Quiet clean room and plenty of free parking. Great value stay with a waitrose supermarket and other amenities close by. Will definitely use again when we visit family in the area. Can be a bit tricky to find using the postcode given.

Needed somewhere to stay for one night, this turned out to be great value, very clean room, everything you need. Staff on check in were brilliant, nothing too much trouble. Can’t comment on the breakfast to go as I didn’t need it. Would definitely use again. Thanks to all.

I arrived at 3PM check in time. There was NOBODY at reception. Why?! I pointed this out to the lady and she seemed offended by it. I am a guest! The Burger King opposite. Please don't bother. Stale chips, burgers were okay but everything was barely warm. They charge ten pounds for a whopper meal. I expected a lot better. When the food is cooked well it's good but this time it wasn't! The beds were uncomfortable, the people in the room above me made the ceiling shake. There was constant noise from trucks. Very annoying, very distracting. Oh and even the tea tasted bad! I didn't think it was possible as I love PG but this tea tasted bad, something wrong with the packet of milk maybe. It tasted off. I didn't sleep at all. Nobody ever at reception. I walked to the all night petrol station to buy some food and caught a bus back at 5am. Cold, tired and very unhappy. So thank you for the experience or complete lack of! I will never return again!

This travel is in a convenient position close to a major road, but set back and quiet. It is close to a large supermarket and several takeaways. Great stopover place and plenty of parking. Could be used as a base for touring holiday. Friendly helpful staff.

Don't be fooled by the exterior of the building because all of that will be irrelevant when staying with the saltash team. From checking in all the way to checking out I cannot fault this hotel at all. Customer service is exceptional, they will do anything and everything to ensure yourself the best stay. The hotel is clean and tidy and the bathrooms are exceptionally clean, which is amazing for your personal hygiene. The manager Cheryl goes above and beyond when it comes to cleanliness and customer service. She's an absolute credit to the company and I hope that they respect and value you her as much as I would if she worked for me. Added bonus for this hotel is the free parking, plenty of space and the convenience of having burgerking and subway and stones throw away. Would 1000% stay at this hotel again, thank you to all of you at saltash travelodge.

We have stayed at this lodge several times and have all ways found a warm welcome, friendly, helpful staff and a comfortable room. The facilities were clean and the room was warm. Their is a large free on site carpark and take aways. The lodge is idealy situated with easy access to all major roads to the rest of Cornwall and the the car ferry to the continent in Plymouth.

Very pleased with my stay here. Ground floor rooms have a bath - a nice touch. Extremely clean, very quiet, despite its location near a busy service station. Staff were lovely. My first stay in a Travelodge, and I'm definitely impressed with this one.

Visited a week before staying to view rooms as I noticed this wasn’t a disable access hotel, blonde lady on desk was very helpful and showed me a shower room. As my parents are elderly I wanted to make sure that they would be able to access the rooms. Lovely stay on site refreshments. Waitrose across the rd. would recommend this hotel, Thanks for everything. My parents also had a great stay.

Stayed there while my motorhome was being repaired. The Travelodge was your typical Travelodge, nothing special. There is no restaurant in Saltash only Burger King and Subway in the services. Not everyone likes these.
