I was a bit apprehensive visiting as I follow a vegan diet. I emailed before my visit and requested vegan protein sources, milk and yogurt. I enquired in the restaurant and was introduced to the chefs who walked me around each day to show we what I can eat and aldi cooked me a variety of vegan dishes. These included tofu, seitan and vegan burgers. They had oat and soy milk and had three different flavours of vegan yogurt. I was so impressed! The whole hotel was spotless and the staff were fantastic. We enjoyed the pools and watching people run to reserve beds each day. It would be great if the hotel enforced the no reserving sun beds policy but it was entertaining to watch. Would definitely visit again.

This Hotel is excellent from the moment you arrive, the staff are friendly and work so hard, the food is excellent with great choices. Evening Entertainment is also good, I would highly recommend staying here & I will definitely be returning in the future.

The room the staff and the facilities are really nice however the food could cater for British people better and the pool could be warmer but still a great place. I would definitely recommend a stay here and I would definitely come here again the staff at reception was very helpful

Excellent hotel. Lovely staff, from the receptionists when we first arrived to all the bar staff, breakfast, lunch and dinner staff and the entertain staff. The food was lovely and the service was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. The bar staff and waiters work so hard and always with a smile. The pool area is picturesque, clean and relaxing. The hotel is situated right in the middle of town but was far enough so it wasn’t noisy. The entertainment staff were inclusive but not over bearing and very friendly. The entertainment program was really good, especially ABBA night and another night with the one man band. Overall we had a lovely holiday. I also have to mention that we used Jet2 and their customer service is second to none.

From check in to check out, we couldn’t fault one thing in this hotel! It is spotless, the staff are fabulous, the food is so fresh and something for everyone. There were 3 of us in the room and while it was tight on space we managed, we weren’t i. The room all that much apart from sleeping. I must give a special mention to Gonzales and Ileana from the animation team, they were excellent at keeping guests entertained all day. The bar staff, particularly Ingrid at the pool bar, and Lorenzo and Jesus in the main bar were so cheerful all the time. Cocktails were fabulous.

My partner and I booked to stay at H10 Delfin for 5 nights in August 2024 for a last sunshine get away before the winter starts. Check in was very simple, there is also the option to check in online, which we did not do, but the process was still quick on our arrival to the hotel. We opted to book a superior room and decrease our boarding package to bed & breakfast, and I’m glad we did! The room was large, the amenities were great (tissues, dental kits, razor, sanitary bags, shoe shine etc) plus the usual shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and moisturiser. The shower had a rain fall attachment which was lovely. The terrace was very large with 3 loungers, an umbrella and a small table with 3 chairs. The air conditioning in the room is WONDERFUL. Your room “keys” are wrist bands, so you can leave your electricity key card in the machine all day to keep your room cool. Food at breakfast was wonderful. Lots of options for gluten free which was nice to see. Plenty options all around. We mainly utilised the upstairs roof top pool which was lovely and calm - there were always beds available. We did use the main pool for some swims, and beds were less likely to be available, but still plenty. Reserving beds with your towels was not needed. Drinks from the bars were great! We will be back to H10 Delfin in the future!

Very clean, smart and well run. Receptionists were very professional and helpful on arrival. We had an issue with our fridge not working, this was replaced and sorted in an hour or so. Rooms were clean and tidy, bed was really comfy. Nice pool view room. Staff were friendly and efficient, food was nice and changed each evening, breakfast was nice also. Swimming pools were clean, water was clear and the areas around the pools cleaned every morning. Can’t knock the hotel, we really enjoyed our time and would return.

An amazing hotel. The animation team around the pool were amazing everyday! Ilena made us laugh and always kept us entertained! Food is great, staff are kind and welcoming. Very reasonable priced drinks. The hotel is spotless and I will definetly be back!
