The hotel was gorgeous, staff accommodating and beautiful views. Wifi did not work on our staff and roads around hotel are not in great condition so difficult for regular size vehicles to get to.

Probably one of the best hôtels in Salento! Super clean, cute, and the view directly from your Room.. Wow! People we're very very Nice! Close to the centre and quiet!

La vista muy bonita, la experiencia del jacuzzi está chévere con el clima. La habitación muy agradable y limpia con baño propio. Buena comida, cerca al pueblo. Un detalle negativo en cuanto a la atención, puesto que después de efectuar el pago el mismo día avisan que la habitación que separamos no estaba disponible.

Hotel très bien situé, proche de la place où se trouve les restaurants et lieux pour partir en excursions. Chambres propres et vue magnifique sur les montagnes Service de taxi possible. Petit dej ok (oeuf, toast..) Je recommande cet hôtel.

Hermosa estadía en todos los sentidos, la atención de la dueña y el resto es excelente. Ofrecen café gratis o té 24/7. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y el desayuno es aceptable. Lo mejor son las vistas desde las habitaciones y el comedor. Sin dudas volvería

No es un hotel boutique y es muy caro para lo que es. Fue una decepción total. La vista es solo de un lado, porque está ubicado en medio de un barrio y la vía es destapada y de difícil acceso. Es un hotel pequeño, limpio pero sus instalaciones no son nada elegantes. El precio nada que ver con lo que es. Muy ruidoso, se escucha a los otros huéspedes. El precio es más alto que lo que vale el hotel Sonesta de Ibagué. Es por eso que uno se hace grandes expectativas y por eso desilusiona. Adicionalmente no reciben tarjetas, solo efectivo. Algo que uno no espera por ese precio.

Nos atendieron estupendamente, tanto Mauricio como Tania. El pueblo es muy tranquilo y se puede caminar por el con seguridad incluso de noche. Aunque la calle que da al hotel está sin asfaltar y da a un extremo del pueblo, merece realmente la pena por las vistas que tienes a los Andes y al Nevado del Ruiz. Desayunos muy ricos, fruta fresca, arepas y "huevos pericos" (muy ricos). El mejor momento, el desayuno con vistas. Puedes disponer de uno de los jacuzzi al aure libre previa reserva. Muy recomendable!

Très bon rapport qualité prix pour cet hôtel avec une très belle vue. Pour le prix, les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et avec une terrasse qui donne sur les collines. Le petit dej est bon, personnel très sympa. Attention il est un peu éloigné de l’arrivée des bus si vous êtes chargés! Mais sinon il est à 2 rues de la place principale ! Je recommande pour visiter cocora et la région !
