Hotel Friday Inn

We had booked a 2-night stay here and we reached there at around 3 pm ample time for the staff to clean up the rooms as check out time was 11 am. One room had hair particles on the bed and the other one had used shampoo and a match box. Thanks to their guest first policy they left the previous first guest things uncleaned. Secondly simple basic things were messed up like one towel and one tea cup for a 3 person room occupancy. Their food services were at another level for breakfast. Day 1 - idly, rice semia, chutney, vadai, sambar and bread with butter and jam. Day 2 - idly, kichdi, chutney, sambar and boiled egg(bread and vadai went missing. There is absolutely no standard breakfast. Ideally don't rely on the restaurant for anything book just rooms and ear somewhere else. As guest you will not get even morning tea till 8:30 am. Room tea facility is just a tea bag and sugar and you have to drink black tea. Overall nice facility but zero operational excellence.

Stay and room experience was very good. Only breakfast available and there is no restaurant in the property. And their amenities was not opened for usage.

Our stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The positives: the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The view from the hotel was okay, with the view of other buildings or empty lands. The toilet had hot water, which was good. The lounge and reception area looked nice and welcoming. The negatives: the downside was the lack of a proper parking area, which made parking inconvenient. We had to park it on an open land which had waste deposits of garbage. Additionally, there was no dinner available at the hotel. While the staff mentioned they could order food from another place, they were not very encouraging about it. The complimentary breakfast was plain, consisting of idli, pongal, sambar, chutney, and bread. Unfortunately, none of them were tasty other than chutney & vada. There was no tea or coffee without sugar. It was not worth the money they charged. Also the staff was not courteous to carry a single luggage from car to the room. Overall, the hotel provided a comfortable stay with some amenities, but there are lot many areas that needs improvement.

Location is very good but hotel has no restaurant and they give you a menu card of some hotel which has higher prices and terrible food, the room was dusty and very claustrophobic as windows were small and cannot open in the night due to giant cockroachs also not worth the price it's more like a 2000- room hotel. Not worth the money better to skip this place

Price was high for this room. No soap, hand-wash anything in the bathroom. Okish breakfast. Price can be reduced for this hotel

The appearance of the hotel is good but located in remote location (almost 3. 5 km from lake. Stayed in supreme room positives : room is spacious negatives: bugs in rest room (though informed and he sprayed some medicine) but still snails were there no room cleaning on daily basis (they will not clean the room daily by default.
