The worst you can find! Avoid at all cost! No hospitality service at all. Neglected at its most You pay for everything including toilet paper and electricity No cleaning. You beg for it and get the broom for your own use! Dirty pool No security No maixtenance of the building and the garden Bad Muay Thai training Don’t spoil your time and money Don’t trust anyone or anything about this place The only valuable service is fitness training provided by an external professional.

We had a lovely time at the lanta sport resort! The owner was always so kind and helpful to us and could give us good advices for activities to do in Koh Lanta. The rooms have a lot of space and were good equiped. Can recommand it!

I was staying in Thailand under covid visa exemptions/extensions, and Lanta Sport was offering an Education for Muay Thai visa as an accredited school. I had never done Muay Thai before, wasn't sure what to expect as far as classes, and really was not sure how this was going to start or how long I would be up for it. I ended up really enjoying the first class, and really enjoying it throughout the upcoming year as well. I did my best to consistently train 3x a week during the pandemic and year, which was great for physical and mental health and it was really enjoyable learning some new skills. What can be intimidating the staff and trainers make welcoming and enjoyable. Special thanks to trainers Art and Wut and personal trainer Slava for making visits to Lanta Sport always something I looked forward to. I highly recommend trying out some Muay Thai classes at the gym.

I came to the resort for fitness training. The lessons were super good and the trainer was really professional, knew what he was doing and very motivating. After a while I also started Muay Thai training which was equally nice. They offer training for beginners (like me) but also if you’re advanced. I would definitely recommend this place if you want to get fitter and learn Muay Thai! I hope to come back here one day. Thanks for everything!!
