프리모르스키 호텔(Primorski Hotel)

The hotel don’t worth on this price . Too expansive, the price and facility is better and cheaper on the hotel nearby. If you insist to have a nice and full breakfast, his hotel won’t be able to fulfil you. The room is too small , and for my room after my husband shower, there are no hot water that I have to take cold water to shower for 2 nights.

The hotel occupies one of the most distinctive buildings in St Konstantin and Helena and enjoys taking a central location next to shops and cafes. In fact, the breakfast is served in a local cafe rather than in the hotel itself (although hotel guests can't eat breakfast in the garden for some reason.) The breakfast food was delicious. The reception is polite, rooms are clean. Our room was on the small side (at the expense of large balcony) and the shower and basin are IN the rooms and not in a separate en-suite which means you can only share with people you know very well! ;-) A couple of minor complaints that let the hotel down are the fact that while there is a coffee machine and coffee pods in the room, guests are charged per drink. There is no bottled water (free or paid for) in the mini bar to use to make coffee and there is no provision of milk, nor milk powder. We went to reception to ask for some but they said they don't provide this. The single use shower gel shampoos and miniscule. The lighting is poor around the mirror...there is a hanging light next to the mirror so I can't see to put my make up on. However the fact that access to the Aquahouse Spa is INCLUDED in the room price is a great benefit and compensated for these irritations. Also, had we booked with more notice, the room would have been cheaper. As it happens, we paid a high price for booking at short notice which probably affected how I felt about the Primorski's value for money.

The hotel pretend to be 3***. Rooms are nice but the WC and the shower are not comfortable. The bed covers are super small (175/150), the pillows are uncomfortable. There are no bath amenities other then 1 soap.

Looks good from the outside but pretty average inside. Parking is not nearly enough for the guests of the hotel. The room has a weird setup with the sink in the middle of the room and the bathroom only has a small curtain to separate it from the room.

There was no hot water - neither tap nor shower. What frustrated us most wasn't the fact there was a problem to be solved but the receptionist attitude and slow reactions. It took around 2 hours to find out the issue is much more than us not knowling if the boiler is on/off (??!!) and give us another room! Two hours wasted in the morning of what could have been a great day at the sea!

We are here for 4 nights, and have one of the really nice big apartments at the end of the Pomorski complex/Hotel overlooking some small shops, a big parking lot and beyond that the beautiful black sea. The aparment is very nice with a well working fridge and a good bed. However our room were not cleaned after our first night. We complained about late afternoonthe day after. Being a sunday the girl at the reception, said it could be some time before it could be done. So we agreed to have some toilet paper and that the room should be cleaned the day after. Being back at the hotel at 13.00 hours the after we kindly asked when we could have the room cleaned again, the answer was within 2 hours. At 17.00 hours nothing had happened and we the same answer thar the room woould be cleaned within 2 hours. However back in the at 19.00 still nothing had happened. At 20.00 hours we are finally having our room cleaned with fresh towels and toiletpapir, after 4 complaints. This is not good enough and even though we enjoy staying here, I dont think we will stay here again. This might only be 3 star hotel but having one of their big and more expensive rooms we expected better.

The hotel is really nice. The rooms are very cosy and comfortable. It is 3 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes walk from Aquahouse. The hotel is also very clean. The staff is in general friendly and helpful.

Preis- Leistung ist okay! Sauberkeit und Service war nicht so gut, Handtücher wurden nicht jeden Tag getauscht, eine neue Rolle Toilettpapier zu bekommen war nicht drin. Anlage sehr schön, viele kleine Geschäfte und Imbisse, Restaurants. Rezeption sehr nett.
