에메랄드 비치 리조트 만달(Emerald Beach Resort)

Nice place- but my room NEVER got maid service and I had to fetch my own clean towels. They must charge extra for hot water-- since there was none in this shower-- despite calling the hotel's attention to it twice. I first tried to CALL reception but... the phone had no dial tone. Reception just said, "I only do the beach towels"... and never even recorded my complaint. Second try got as shrug and "I'll file for maintenance." Food was on par but you will wait forever for it to find you. Bottom line- on my "never again" list because of the ABSENCE of service and lack of basics (like a warm shower- or maid service). On a scale of 100 Emerald Beach gets a 15 for location (after a small deduction for airplane noise (the runway id literally at the foot of the property) and zeros for facility overall and service. Find another place to stay.

My husband and I loved staying here. Its NOT perfect and many of the reviews I read before hand were accurate, however, the good at this resort FAR outweighted the bad. If you are not too uptight, and dont mind being a little patient with the small stuff, EVERYTHING else is wonderful. We will be back!

I love its beach front location & right near the airport! My room was comfortable & safe. For the most part the staff was friendly.

Check in was easy and staff very friendly. I like the convenience to the airport as we only stayed 1 night. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the beach!

Unable to enjoy the property because ******* said it was available and it was not. Not the property's fault. Hope we get a refund. We did not get a confirmation number after booking and the property did not receive our reservation.

Location is perfect, very nice beach, all rooms face the ocean. Little outdated but clean. Easy transportation to go anywhere in the island. Restaurant is ok for the beach.

Very close to airport but nothing around, clean big rooms, freindly staff, nice pool, very good beach front. On sunday only one choice to eat and they only had one server, one hour wait for breakfast.

Great room views, gorgeous beach. The bar and dining areas are not pleasant. Staff wasn’t friendly at all. Poor breakfast service. Overall average to good experience.

We’ve stayed here many times and have always enjoyed ourselves. The staff is friendly. However, we never had hot water in our room and the walls are thin. A baby crying nearby kept us up most of the night.
