The room had a musty odor. Unable to regulate air conditioning. Not provided enough wash cloths and coffee

The view from our hotel room was absolutely wonderful! . The property is close to shopping and dining.

View of marsh was nice. They don’t do anything to the room for three days unless you ask.

This was our second time staying here and it’s always absolutely beautiful. It is always clean, quiet and the customer service is great.

My stay at sea palm was peaceful but the bathroom shower wasnt clean and the towel handle was broken. I should of took pictures because they might try to keep my 120 fee, and blame it on me.

The Sago Restaurant was not very good we ate there on two separate occasions, our waitress was over taxed also No ice, machine was broke, had a problem with the coffee machine but they did bring us a new and also the pool area was really not up to par for a Resort Area Definitely needs some upgrades The room was very comfortable and the view was fabulous of the Marsh We did enjoy our stay in St. Simmons it’s a great little Island

So I got married on July 29th a Saturday, and me and my now wife stayed there Friday and our wedding night that Saturday on the 8th of July. When we arrived, there was no body wash and two bloody Band-Aids in the bottom left corner of our shower. When we called in the morning to ask for body wash, it took 2 1/2 hours to arrive. Nobody explained the housekeeping situation when we checked in 100% they did not, the lady who checked us was very nice, and said she had only been working there for three weeks at the time, so it makes sense as to why maybe she didn’t mention it. I’m not sure, but regardless not our fault. I paid over $400 to sleep in a dirty bed two nights and have literal used bloody band aids in the shower. On top of all of that, I called and notify them a week in advance It was our wedding weekend into maybe leave something in the room even if it was just a note when we check in, nothing crazy, and even though they did acknowledge our wedding when we checked in verbally, there was nothing in the room showing it when we walked in. Even though the customer service interactions were pleasant, the proper actions weren’t taken prior to checking in and during this stat, overall, just an unpleasant stay

The room was updated and very pretty. The beds were comfortable and bedding was soft and smooth. The view of the marsh was lovely. Bathroom was updated with nice shower. Lighting fixtures were pretty. One great thing too is a white noise machine in the room. Wasn’t expecting that….great addition. Pool was nice was lovely pool side seating. All in all a great overnight visit!

Played in the GSGA tournament at Sea Palms. The rooms were great, clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Thanks to the staff for accommodating our need for a late checkout due to our tournament. The on-site restaurant was very good, the bang-bang shrimp were great. Out wives enjoyed the pool side cabanas nice way to spend the day while we were playing golf.
