모텔 벨비데(Motel Vue Belvédère)

The hotel room description and photos on this website are mis-leading: the room was a lot smaller than described (12 sq. m. instead of 20) and the washroom was quite different than the website photos; it didn't have a bath tub, and instead it had a super small shower (2 ft. x 2 ft.) and the washroom sink and mirror were located outside of the washroom. The bed size was not a size queen, it was a size double. The WiFi connection was very slow, to a point where it was unusable. The price was a real ripoff for this kind of shack, at $260 CDN a night, which would have been acceptable for a decent room, so we didn't get our money's worth. Beware of the information shown on this website, as this is an old motel that was renovated with cheap materials, and is not worth renting for more than $100 per night One advice: ask to see the room before you pay, because they will ask you tonpay the full stay upfront. Afetr you've seen the room, you can decide if it's worth the amount they are about to charge you.

Nice view from the room. Enjoyed watching the ferry come and go. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Nice Motel with a beautiful view overlooking the bay. It was clean but further comfort not more than average. No breakfast included. Unfortunately quite expensive.

Hi, very clean in front of the sea. Manager/owner was waiting for us (we arrived late).

I was disappointed when I arrived at 8 p.m. to find the pool already closed and does not open until 10 a.m. checkout is at 11, so I will already be gone. Room is tiny and overpriced; no microwave, sofa and bathroom is outdated.

Nice location not too far away from the whale watching quay. The swimming pool is nice and has heated water. The room was rather big and clean. There were 2 things we liked less: the AC is a window unit, you could expect a split AC (although we did not use the AC) for the price and the second thing being the price. It is too expensive for what you get.

Clean room and bathroom. The service at the front desk very good. The pool seems nice but we didn’t have time to use it. The TV was not working well. Barely no channel to watch and the remote was not working properly. Could not lower the volume.

Great location and sea view point. Room was so comfortable and clean. Price was little bit expensive during the weekend period. The others were perfect!!

An unexpected treat after a long drive. Didn't expect to find such comfort and high quality in a wee town. Loved the views and a great night's sleep. Close to the ferry for morning departure.
