This is a great place to explore western part of Provence, if you have a car. The city does not have a train station, but close to may major tourism cities like Arles, Avingnon, and Nimes. This hotel is on the edge of downtown and has its own parking, very convenient. We have a nice room with a living room separating bedroom and bathrooms. We also have a outdoor space for relaxing. The hotel staff is very friendly. But I am not sure about the hotel restaurant, it seems it does not open during off-peak months.

My family of four (two young girls - 2 and 5) had an absolutely wonderful 5 night stay at this beautiful luxury boutique hotel. It is perfectly situated in the heart of Saint Remy, with all of the shops and restaurants right outside the door. The hotel is immaculate and the family suite is very spacious with two separate sleeping areas. The housekeeping service two times a day is phenomenal. The pool area was perfect for the kids after a long day of touring the villages in Provence. The restaurant was delicious (you must try the truffle risotto!!) and there is also a great kids menu. While we loved it all, the most special part about this hotel is the staff. It is not easy traveling with young children and everyone was very patient, kind and accommodating. They said yes to every request with a smile. Shoutout to Rashita, Laurent, Oliver and Dharshini, who made our stay extra special. We can’t wait to return!

We enjoyed 4 great nights at the hotel as a family of four with our 2 daughters: The family suite is an excellent room for 4 persons, 1 room for parents and separate room with 2 individual beds, awesome bathroom with great shower and separate bath-tub, excellent beds and morning & evening service - cozy patio with outdoor lounge and separate area with pool - we used the parking at the hotel which we recommend - all in all a highly recommendable hotel right at the entry of the old town, no car needed!

Le Saint-Remy is a very pretty hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. It is in an excellent location for exploring the town of Saint-Remy. The courtyard is fantastic with comfortable seating of every type. The outdoor pool has very comfortable sun beds as well as beautiful places for relaxing in the shade. There is an indoor pool which we did not use, but I did get a massage at the spa which was great. Wifi is very fast. In the room there is good closet space and the bathroom has great products including a Dyson hairdryer. My only complaint was with the terrace off our room. We booked a superior room with a terrace, which are rooms 1-6 on the ground floor. Our room was pretty small (especially since it was room 1 which was smaller than rooms 2-6), and the terraces for the 6 rooms on that hallway are very small spaces next to the main courtyard. Each private terrace is screened in, but you sort of feel like you’re in a cage. There was no need to book the terrace room given the lovely seating options in the main courtyard. My advice would be to either save a bit of money and book a superior room without a terrace, or spend a bit more money and get a larger room again without a terrace because you don’t need a private terrace with the lovely common space in the hotel. In any case, we loved this hotel and would definitely return.

Great location, lovely room and bathroom, good facilities. For me not quite 5* as the whole experience felt “corporate”. We also had an incredibly bad - and expensive - meal in the restaurant. I ordered a fillet steak, medium rare and got a hard, charred inedible lump of meat. The hotel explained that it’s impossible to cook a steak medium rare so they gave me this one! Go, enjoy the stay, avoid the restaurant - there are many excellent ones on the doorstep.
