Moyennement convaincu … Accueil inexistant (voir vide…), on a du découvrir par nous même la salle de sport & le spa. On entend tous les bruits du couloir & la décoration pourrait être jolie mais clairement surchargée. Par contre la piscine très sympathique, et la literie est confortable. 

We booked this hotel as a last minute break for 5 nights, we upgraded the room to have a terraced for not much more money. Glad we did as we were just round the corner from the swimming pool and restaurant. The hotel is one of the best three star hotels we’ve stayed in. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, the room was lovely, spacious and clean and had a large bathroom with a bath and separate shower. The hotel had a lovely swimming pool and jacuzzi. We were on a room only basis so for the first 3 nights were ate out, however on the 4th evening the hotel restaurant were doing a wine tasting evening so we decided to do that. We wished we had tried the restaurant sooner as the service and food was amazing and thought very reasonably priced, so much we went back for our final nights evening meal the next day. Would definitely recommend both the hotel and restaurant and will hopefully be back.

We went in early July with my partner and the experience was terrible. The room was very small and uncomfortable. Forget about getting any rest — the curtains aren’t opaque enough and a lot of light comes in in the morning. On top of that, you can hear absolutely all the noise from the hallways; there's no privacy whatsoever. The breakfast is extremely expensive for the frozen croissants they serve. It's way overpriced for what it is. The minibar in the room is a joke. It doesn’t work at all, it’s like leaving your food out on a counter. The noise from the coffee machine is unbearable and the coffee pods they provide are low quality. The place was very clean, but the cleaning products they use have such strong smells that I even had an allergic reaction. It smells like cheap chemicals, not cleanliness. The staff is very friendly and willing to help, but there are far too few of them for a four-star hotel — it felt more like a hostel. You pay a ridiculous amount per night and they only give you one roll of toilet paper and a pair of awful slippers. It would be more honest not to provide anything at all. I hope you don’t run out of that tiny roll of toilet paper in the middle of the night, otherwise, good luck. We couldn’t even find tissues. The cleaning ladies were very kind. I asked them to change the sheets to regular ones because the ones provided were rough and poor quality, and they kindly did so. The shower is neither hot enough nor strong enough for a four-star hotel. This is a hotel that definitely can (and should) improve. My advice is that you don't go there.

we have just had a 2 week holiday and we cannot find fault with anything at all. the hotel, the pool, the food all were brilliant, the staff could not have been better, we will be returning hopefully very soon.

we booked for three nights after visiting Cannes on half board. arrived at 12.30 no room avaialble until 3 as advertised but were offered the pool and gardens it was very hot so we chose to go to into St Raphael for lunch after laeving the big cases at resception. . It was a big change of room after the Cannes one Tiny room it seemed, no fridge of any kind so no cold drinks and no balcony or terrace in the cheaper rooms . The beds were small but comfortable and plenty of cupboard space but single file doing anything in the bed room. The bathroom was a good big size with a bath and a small shower stall as well much appreciated. It was when we saw people able to look in from an outdoor staircase a few feet away we felt unhappy and the next day I did tell them the vis a vis as the call it in France was not good for us .the lady explained it was a special occasion that evening and staff had used it from the kitchen and others too as far as we could seewould not be happening again as she would lock the door this did not please quite a few people by the banging on it we heard over the next two days. It turned out this was the fire door from the passage at the side of our room and the breakfast kitchen . it seemed it was usually propped open for a breeze and people coming in and out from the car park as a short cut. I was astonished and did tell the receptionist the last morning that this us illegal as is the locking of it. n so no number 6 for us please. the restaurant was very good excellent staff and meals I will leave a separate report
