This apartment is a very quaint and cozy in-law suite and only minutes from EVERYTHING! The suite is the upper floor complete separate parking and entrance. This warm and original 1941 apartment has a new fenced courtyard, bikes, bbq grill, outside sitting and eating area, new large deck and landscape and MUCH more! Brick roads, granite curbs and a quiet and centrally located neighborhood! Check out the new "Sunrunner" only 2 blocks away! Goes from the BEACHES TO DOWNTOWN ALL DAY EVERYDAY!About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats (limit 1 total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 3-17.About customRules:Garbage must be taken out (cans are downstairs for convenience), place all trash in alley trash can prior to check out.

Private -in a great location!
My husband and I had gone up to St. Pete with my BIL and spouse for the Indy Car race. Great location as it was easy to access downtown via the sun runner which was within a few blocks from the house- it was an easy walk. This was such a great way to get to and from the downtown area. The sun runner goes either to downtown or will go to the beach so great resource within walking distance! The outdoor space was very private and pet friendly! The beds were very comfortable. The owner was super responsive. We would definitely stay again.
