Location is great. Wasn’t able to try the breakfast but room was clean and spacious.

Staff were friendly. However, the building was not well maintained.

Conditioner and Body wash in the bathroom were empty upon arrival, pool chemicals were so “off” several people staying during this time experienced rashes, chemical burns and coughs. The second evening no hot water as well as the following morning still no hot water for the entire hotel.

Top notch customer service. The staff are always very warm and welcoming. The employees make this a great experience every time I go. Great breakfast. Clean rooms.

We really appreciate friendly and nice staff and Hampton inn Saint John didn't let us down. The breakfast was great every day and the closeness to all restaurants was fanatastic.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Saint John and had an excellent experience. The service was top-notch, and I want to specifically mention Nithin for his exceptional service during my stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable visit. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to my friends.

The front desk clerk jacey, is so upbeat, personable, friendly, just totally someone you'd love to hang out with. She made our stay even better

I stayed in the whirlpool room and we had a blast! We did find some Cheetos in between our bed and nightstand but other than that it was great! The staff were all very friendly!

Staff was friendly and place was clean. Free breakfast was actually pretty decent.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable and there was a lot of kids there as there was a hockey tournament in town that weekend and we didn’t know so there was a lot of noise and kids running up and down the halls wrecking havoc. The whirlpool was gross, looked like it hasn’t been clean in days, lots of scum on the top of the water so we didn’t use it. The breakfast was ok. People that brought their dogs let them poop on the property and they didn’t clean it up so that was disgusting as we almost walked into it a couple times. The shower needs repair, well maybe not the shower but the tile as it’s falling apart. There isn’t really a seal between the shower doors and the bathroom so water was pooling on the floor.

The staff were EXCEPTIONAL! Jane was so friendly, helpful and professional. I was here for a meeting with NBCC and she even upgraded my room! And....she signed me up for the rewards program. I also met George & James - who were extremely helpful and kind. The young man (didn't catch his name) in the cafeteria was a ray of sunshine. He greeted every single guest that sat down for breakfast. All in all - one of my favourite places to stay....because of the staff.

Lots of options for breakfast, quick self service. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by. We attended a funeral at Fundy Funeral Home and St. Joseph’s cemetery very close to both.
