옐로우 인(Yellow Inn)

Simple, cozy and affordable. The inn is a 15-min walk to marktplatz st. gallen or 5min on the bus. There’s a bus stop right outside of the inn.

Everything since the arrival is self service (you must pick up the keys from a post box) and then insider there's no one besides guests. Difficult to find the building and parking in the night (maybe would be good to send more specifications to the guests).

I think the system with the key box worked great. So the check in went very well, which was very pleasant. I also thought it was good otherwise. I immediately felt comfortable.- greetings :)

Booked for 12 nights but had to add one more night which my booking wasn’t allowed to do. The owner I called was very kind and available for the change. A detailed email containing infos about the self check in has arrived in time, all is perfectly explained in it, from parking places to wifi and key collection. The owner has seen me arriving and helped me to check in; the building is very central but silent, has cca 10 room on each of two floors. A common equipped kitchen & 3 showers/wc are available for the rooms on first floor, as well washing machines, dryers and a drink distributor.(yeah, beer too:) Second floor has the same equipment, with a bigger dining table, and third and last floor only has 4 rooms. All very simple but spotless and efficient, room furniture perfect for any need, table with pc, superclean sheets, fridge, hairdryer at disposal, wifi good working. Owner well organized and available for any need. Room on pic is room number 6, the last in the corridor (which is the less noisy given huge fridges in common spaces), will move tmw to room 32 on last floor and update my review:) So far, recommended!

No doubt the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in the owner is rude assault’s guests dirty hotel with shared bathrooms infested with ants and cockroaches place is absolutely disgusting I wouldn’t recommend this place to stay

I must be the owner person on planet earth that didn't step foot inside a hotel and get chucked out, and this is from this owner. Cause our flight was delayed we tried to check in late, the owner came out and assaulted my friend. He took our money and never gave us accommodation, leaving me and my 16 year old boy and friend homeless for the night in Switzerland. The owner hits people then runs away behind his dogs, be cautious when arriving people. His hotel cpuld be the best in the world but I'll never know, i paid for it and got no refund

Easy in and easy out with no hassle.

Warning: Nowhere on the listing of this hotel or during my booking process is it stated that the rooms are not en suite. You have to share the bathroom with everyone in your hall. If I had known that, I wouldn’t have booked this place. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, because there are none of those things in the shared bathroom. Also, the heater didn’t work, and I was cold at night. The things I liked: the very fast wifi and the laundry machines. Although, the washing machine on the right didn’t spin and drain well, and my clothes were drenched. And the dryer on the right didn’t work well either. So, make sure you use the machines on the left.
