Everyone is super friendly. Customer service is next level, and exceptional for Europe. Rafael was amazing, he let us check in early and was super accommodating. Highly recommended, we loved it here. Rafael also recommended and booked dinner for us which was awesome!

We enjoyed every detail & friendly interaction in White 1921. Hospitality is topnotch! The staff are very kind & helpful that by the time we’re leaving we were sad to say goodbye. When we’ve encountered a minor inconvenience with a booking; Madam Agnes herself made sure we don’t leave unhappy. Thank you respected Madam Agnes, thank you all the staff specially; Sam, Marco, Paul, & Natalie 🙏🏼

Excellent all around Wonderful and friendly staff Rooms though way too small

From the moment of booking the hotel, all our additional requests for booking restaurants, ski equipment, coaches, transfers, the hotel has shown itself from a professional position. Madame Agnes Bouanani - Hotel Manager, Woman Boss :) good – friendly welcomed us at the hotel . Every day, she personally visits all the rooms and communicates with the guests , asking if they like everything , if the room is cleaned and if any help is needed. Professional Front office team and specifically Ivan- a professional manager who speaks several languages, who has repeatedly helped in solving various tasks of booking restaurants, transfers and different trips, Lara, Paul and Sandra Cros are always friendly and provided any support. Special thanks to the House Keeping Team - clean, cozy, polite. Thank you for the comfort of Isabel, Samy and Melanie. Team from breakfast - thank you for the good mornings. Ski Service team - Sam and Marco thank you for help in the selection of ski equipment and daily care . My daughter and I stayed at the hotel for 9 wonderful days during the Christmas holidays . Previously , we were in other hotelsin Courchevel , but now we will return to the White 1921 team surely again . The location of the hotel is the very center of Courchevel 1850 : 2 minutes from the ski lift, the best restaurants , Le Tremplin restaurant is almost next door, the best shops and other entertainment places are within walking distance. The hotel was very cozy and warm. A sauna, a hammam and a Jacuzzi and a small gym are available to guests every day. The hotel is boutique style and very cozy . A wonderful recreation saloon where you can sit and chat with friends. If you are traveling for skiing, outdoor activities, and not sitting in a hotel with pathos and want a convenient location, then I recommend staying at White 1921. Once again, many thanks to the entire White 1921 team and Happy New Year 2023 !

The management/reservation team is horrible! I had a reservation in two weeks and my husband had an accident and had to do meniscus surgery so I emailed them and called to change or modify the reservation and they refused. I offered to share all the medical records and they still refused and stoped answering my emails. Stay away! Do not book with them unless you are sure you will be able to go.
