샤토 라 튈리에르(Château la Thuilière)

I am not one to write reviews and this one is long overdue. My wife, daughter and I stayed at Chateau La Thuiliere 4 months ago (late August) for only one night. And while I would have forgotten about any other place by now, this one keeps popping up in my head! The owners, Stephan and Leila, call this wonderful, stylish, quiet, magical place a "guesthouse". On the one hand, it does not do the Chateau justice because it is much more than that. On the other hand, it expresses who is in the center of attention here: the guest! From the second we entered we felt much more like we were invited at a friends' place than staying in a "hotel". The Chateau is beautifully situated in a big park overlooking the surrounding area. Rooms (I think there are 7?) are phenomenal and definitely 5 star standard. The chateau's interior is a very high end mix of classic and modern elements with a lot of attention to detail. Dinner and breakfast were excellent and we loved the fact that you had the option to enjoy it on a large table with other guests. Overall, Chateau La Thuiliere is a true gem and we highly recommend it - we will be back for sure!! Markus & family

Such a beautiful location, fabulous food, and so much care and attention from our hosts Stefan and Leila. The Chateau has so much history and been cared for sensitively. A perfect place to celebrate my 50th, where they looked after my gluten free requirements carefully. All round exceptional experience

The Chateau la Thuliere offers the absolute best and personal «French chateau experience». Wonderfull service and exceptional dining. The owners go to lenghts in making sure you are well taken care of. Great value.

I don't know how they do it, but Stephane and Layla make every guest feel like family in the best sense of the word. The chateau and grounds are gorgeous, the rooms spacious and inviting, and the food absolutely superb. But what makes this guest house truly stand out are the warm welcome and friendliness of the hosts. Stephane and Layla spent time getting to know us, inviting us into their lives, and making sure our experience in their lovely part of France was truly spectacular. Thank you both so much for sharing your home and for taking such good care of us!

We stayed at the Chateau for three days and loved every minute of it! Stephan and Layla were so friendly and helpful, including making dinner reservations for us for two nights of our stay. We ate dinner at the house one of our nights there and it was a wildly delicious meal (including such a beautiful vegetarian meal for me), as were all of our breakfasts. The property is so beautiful and has a gorgeous view, plus the pool was a lifesaver during a hot summer visit. I’d recommend Château La Thuiliére to anyone!

We have stayed at the Chateau La Thuiliere three times now and we have had an amazing time on each visit. The Chateau is truly beautiful and the interior/rooms are really stylish as are the external areas....an amazing pool and gardens. We also love the food experience that Leyla creates (simply amazing!) and Stephan is so welcoming and helpful. We will definitely return again!!

Très beau château avec une histoire si joliment compté par le propriétaire dans un charmant accueille, chambre spacieuse très agréable, le repas préparer par la propriétaire était digne d’un chef et le petit déjeuner servi dans la cuisine du château dans une ambiance plutôt conviviale nous a ravis Merci pour cette belle découverte Marie

Voilà une adresse dont on ne se lasse pas ! C’est la 2eme fois que nous venons au château la Thuiliere, cette fois-ci avec nos filles, et le charme est intact ! Lieu magique, calme, atmosphère et ambiance « château » garanties, accueil au top (bravo à Stephane et Leila) et petites attentions qui font la différence… sans parler du dîner, de qualité 🤗 Bref, on recommande chaudement !!!!
