Premier Inn Blackpool Airport

Overall basic but good in parts but could do better , cleaning that's what needed!! dirty hand marks on glass doors walls etc , place is tired inside too damaged paintwork etc ! Good parking , breakfast was good and nice staff serving breakfast. The bed was very uncomfortable onside of it dipped so you felt like you were falling out of bed all night , would have had to change it if we were staying longer , we were 1 night only.

Needed to stay in Blackpool for couple of nights. Hotel was great location. You have to go next door to pub to eat, but hotel book your table for you.. Bit noisy due to helicopters right outside our bed room. Can come and go as you please, hardly saw any staff. NO SAFE or FRIDGE in room was a bit of a let down, but overall OK.

Great stay at the hotel, comfortable, warm and clean. Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast in the pub next door, the pub also has a soft play centre if the weather isn't great, which it wasn't for us, so glad to have it there. Closes at 6pm Tried for an early check in on arrival day before going to Sandcastle water park but it wasn't ready and couldn't be made earlier. Good base for exploring Blackpool

I checked in at 21:30 to find out there was no food option despite being offered more on there website Carly on reception was very apologetic and helped us source alternative food , what a great member of staff thank you Carly We stay in Blackpool alot and the staff here are really helpful

Enjoyed our stay here, had a slight problem with the electrics cutting out but it was rectified quickly. Would stay again, very friendly staff and good value for money. Ate at the restaurant next door, the only downfall was that we couldn’t book the children into the play area as it was full, but otherwise enjoyed it

Perfect nights stay just outside the huddle and bustle of the sea front. Only 10mins drive to tower and also very accessible by trams, buses and taxis. Hotel was lovely, perfect for couples or family’s. Had the best night sleep and a Lidl next door just in case you forget anything

Visiting Blackpool for a winter break stayed 2 nights at the Premier Inn Blackpool Airport. Great room clean with everything you need. Staff were lovely gave us info on public transport and explained how to get the app for the 24 hour bus/tram ticket.

This hotel and the attached restaurant required complete refurbishment. We use Premier Inn a lot and this is probably the most down-at-heel we have been to. At 1500 we were met at the entrance with an overflowing rubbish bin. It was even worse at 2200. In reception, the corridors and our room there was a distinct stuffy smell. We couldn't decide if the whole hotel needed decorated, cleaning or just windows opening to let fresh air in. There was a layer of dust in the bath. There were stains on the hand towel which we hope were from hair dye and not blood. There was no Earl Grey tea in the hotel or restaurant. The hotel staff were pleasant. The bed was comfortable and quiet. The restaurant was dingy and also had the musty smell. Some of the seating was ripped. There was no fresh fruit salad available. The only coffee was instant. Staff did their job but were not particularly pleasant for some reason - most unusual for Premier Inn! The full English breakfast was lovely.

The staff were amazing and very accommodating with check in and leaving a very kind treat for our kids which made there day. The pub next door did an offer for kids eat free and two adult meals for £15 which was amazing value and was so glad the staff made us aware.
