Dear Iberostar Waves Team, we wanted to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude for the exceptional service and warm welcome we received during our recent stay at your hotel. We were particularly impressed by the professionalism and kindness of Mr. Brahim, your front office manager, and his outstanding team members, Mr. Fayssal, Mrs. Fatima Zahra, and Mr. Mohamed. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our experience truly memorable. A special thank you also goes to Ms. Jamila, our housekeeper, for ensuring our room was always immaculate and comfortable, as well as to Mr. Sabir, the bartender, for his excellent service and delightful drinks. Additionally, the entertainment provided by Mr. Mahdi and his team was a highlight of our stay, adding so much enjoyment to our time at the hotel. This hotel could be so much better. The animation team, all of them were amazing. Since the beginning, AMIN, ILYASS, YOUSRA, ISMAEL and DJ CHIBI were really nice and welcoming. The days on at pool side with the activities that went from Water Polo to Volleyball was really fun. The rest of the hotel was not as good.. The selection and food was lacking more diversity and the food was underwhelming and didn’t offer a lot of traditional food. The cleanliness of the hotel was the worst part. There were cockroaches in the bathrooms and even there one or another in the bar. In conclusion, the stay was good because of the animation team and the staff. They deserve ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My stay has been absolutely delightful; it’s the perfect opportunity to unwind and enjoy a vacation. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, particularly Mounir from customer relations and the reception team. The service is top-notch, with everyone going the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction. The dining experience is superb, living up to the standards of a 5-star hotel, with a wide variety of delicious options. My room was spotless, and I had a wonderful night’s sleep. Additionally, the hotel’s location is ideal, with easy access to parking. I highly recommend this hotel.
