少し古めの宿泊施設ではありましたが、アクティビティの受付も隣接しており、またスタッフの方は皆親切でした！

酒店位置非常贊，距離公交站，户外活動中心都很近，房間温暖，酒店服務人員很熱情，酒店有免費桑拿房和健身房，房間稍顯老舊，洗手間有點潮，但都在可接受範圍內，很贊

We had an amazing stay here with Santa’s Lapland for 3 nights. The staff were all so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Room was cleaned regularly. Plenty of storage and drying rail in the room. Great choice of food, particularly at breakfast. Saw the Northern Lights from the viewing room!

Cozy mid-range hotel that as other reviews mentioned is yes, a bit dated, but provides everything you need. Rooms are basic, but decent, though be warned that toiletries are minimal so it's advised to bring your own. The sauna was amazing after a long day on the slopes. Breakfast was extremely fulfilling and the dinner was a great value as well although there are restaurants within walking distance. Overall a great stay for four days while hitting the slopes.

The temperature is low, and it is very cold. However, the services in the hotel were excellent, warm, and made us felt so welcomed. The buffet dinner and breakfast spread were decent. Everything seems nice and cozy in such cold weather! Staff are friendly, polite, and professional. They are always ready to extend a warm helping hand. Impressive! Depending on your room type, I've got mine rather small but comfortable enough for a good night sleep. The room key is very unique. In all, I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a hotel with a reasonable price range but filled with abundant excellent service.

Brilliant from start to finish. The best holiday EVER. Very well organised. Somebody Always on hand to help answer any questions. Activities were great. Food was nice always a warm drink to get from somewhere. Best part was meeting sant of course. The children absolutely loved it and put sparkle in there eyes which we will cherish forever. Hotel very clean. Rooms cosy. The view was amazing. Perfect for a few days away. Make sure you take medicines as the nearest store to buy anything is back near the airport. Also we didnt realise the pool doesn't open untill 2.30 - 8.30 so personally i would advise using this on the day you arrive as we then had to squeeze this in after the activity day and before the gala so we only had 15-20 minutes in there which was a shame. Wish we had done the swimming on arrival before jumping into the snow but nevermind. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel was clean and had good facilities. The staff were friendly and had very good English. Souvenirs were a little bit pricy and so were the drinks/snacks available. The buffet breakfast was lovely but the evening meal needed more selection for vegetarians, other than salad, chips, cheese. Tea and coffee making facility were poor to be honest. They only provide powdered milk which is revolting and does not colour the tea or coffee! We asked at the bar for some fresh milk, we had to pay €3 for a small jug! Also, their idea of herbal tea is black tea with flavouring and my wife prefers proper fruit tea. Furthermore, I had the usual towel-gate issue! No towel big enough to go around a adult human!! Beach towel or bath sheet size please…not a tiny hand towel!!

On a one night stop over travelling on a local coach with driver (not on luxuria coach with the two drivers) with Leger holidays on a 16 day Arctic Circle and the land of the midnight sun holiday, the hotel is wooden style chalets with balconies set in woodland, basic but clean and comfortable, we enjoyed a nice evening meal and the breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice, staff were friendly and helpful, as the evenings stayed light we enjoyed nice walks around the area in the evening, I enjoyed my stay. On leaving the hotel we stopped at the Sapmi Park were we found out all about the Sami People past and present and culture’s we also visited the reindeer herds, this was very interesting experience well worth the visit.

We stayed for one night after traveling for 19 hours and it was perfect! The beds were so comfy, the staff was friendly and the food in the restaurant was to die for! I tried new foods and the presentations were beautiful. The desserts were delicious and unique. The room had a balcony, and a sauna and it was extremely comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was incredible.
