We have stayed in the europa apartments every year for roughly the past 20 years and what a difference we have seen in all those years , cleanliness , staff , facilities etc every year the staff and management step up a little bit further to make the europa apartments so much more comfortable and also attention to detail is amazing , we love this place

Calidad precio ésta bien, pero detalles como las limpiadoras se pasarán una vez en los primeros 5 días, bichos en la habitación aunque no en exceso (entendible ya que lo que rodea es campo), algo de pelo en la pared de la ducha y manchas en paredes de sangre de haber matado a mosquitos. Tuvimos que pedir el mando del televisor y el de mando acondicionado aunque este no fue necesario. No proporcionan jabón aunque sí toallas. De utensilios de cocina ésta bien, otorgan los precios y útiles.

We stayed in the apartments in August 24. The staff are absolutely fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. The accommodation was basic but value for money. The positioning of the apartments were ideal for the beach walking straight through the hotel adjacent to the Europa takes five minutes and the nightlife and restaurants in the area, are all local will be visiting again ✈️

I read the reviews and to be honest I was dreading this holiday, I even tried to change it but I was too late. So glad though. The apartments are lovely , clean and the staff are just fabulous so for all the Karen’s out there, had they have just raised their concerns with the staff, I’m pretty certain they would have been resolved. This is not a 5* resort, you get what you pay for and a bit more. You will get cockroaches in any county no matter the grade of hotel. The rooms are cleaned twice a week but if you require clean towels or bedding then just go and speak to the ladies at the bar/reception and they will sort you out along with anything else you may need. Easy access to the shops/restaurants and beach via the path at the side of the hotel, don’t go the long way round like we did on the first day the bar/reception stock most drinks and there is a vending machine for snacks, they also sell snacks at the bar. I would definitely go here again. The only thing I would suggest is that you don’t stay in an apartment on the pool side as they are shaded most of the day. Other than that, we had a lovely time at this complex.happy to answer any questions you may have

Just came back from holiday and had a lovely stay in Europa Apartments. ....Good.... - Walking distance to supermarket (Carrefour) - Quiet location to relax, but also not far to walk to beaches and restaurants - Free to park on the street, or near hotel - Nice room with balcony. Kitchen is equipped enough, have hairdryer installed, and aircon in living room - We love the swimming pool, and always have enough sunbeds to sit on, or chairs under the shade near the bar - Can borrow beach umbrellas at reception for free - Wifi is working well ... Needs Improvement... - Aircon only in living room, and nothing in bedroom. It can be super uncomfortable to sleep at night. Our aircon is poor and not blowing any cold air at all. Maybe add an electric fan to circulate the air - Ants everywhere! Maybe there is a way to get rid of them. We empty bins everyday and sweep the floor but they just keep coming back. - Maybe housekeeping at least every other day to change towels and bedsheets.

We arrived at night and a lovely lady called Bea was there to receive us(she was really helpful). Sa coma is a very cute village, with lots to do. Beautiful beaches and little shops. Recommended for families since the beach is safe and easy to reach. The apartments are small but good enough for a family of 4.
