Bluesea Gran Playa

Rooms excellent, staff excellent good choice of food and drinks. My only problems are..1 the small fridge in the room is never cold and coffee is only available in the dining room at breakfast time .. otherwise brilliant..ove been 5 times in 4 yrs and I've already booked for next October

Clean comfy suite , no issues with room at all , pool area not pretty , a strange set up for reusable cups , 1e for a cup , refunded when u hand in , so bizarre , what does the hotel think we are going to do with these cups ! What lets this hotel down is the food , we have eaten out mostly despite being ai! It’s as bad as school dinners ! Must have such a low budget to feed people . No ambiance , just a canteen, Iv just had a but tuna pasta and played hunt the tuna 🙈, will I go hungry? No , Will it be a good experience? No, It was a cheap 4 days so hey ho you get what you pay for , won’t be back though

Although the weather let us down on several days the excellent animación team at the BLUESEA Gran playa Sa Coma made it worth while. Daniel, Dama and Dori complete an excellent team. They are constantly circulating encouraging everyone to participate and greeting every holiday maker. They have an amazing rapport with the kids and are always prepared to change an activity to suite a persons ability. They have been an amazing attribute to the hotel. Many thanks guys and keep doing what you do!! ❤️

Family holiday for myself, my wife and our youngest (4yo). Hotel was lovely and clean, staff were also very friendly! Entertainment team could not be faulted! We had no issues needing addressing but feel very much like this would have been handled with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. Had a great time, only downside was having to go back home. The gentleman running the activities (Daniel) was a blast. And Dori & Dama were absolutely fantastic with the kids.

Honestly I never wrote a review on anything but I strongly feel that people booking this place need to know…. I have stayed at the apartment with my three children, shower had NO HOT WATER nor … My children were screaming as they had to take shower in COLD water…. COCKROACHES having a walk in the evenings through sitting room, but the worst is that there were BED BUGS, my children I and my husband got beaten by these bloodsuckers so badly that my children were swallowed on their faces hands and legs, crying from itchiness… Would NEVER ever recommend this hotel, poor customer service horrible food selections, also you have to pay ONE EURO for the PLASTIC CUP so you can get your ALL INCLUSIVE drink and you will get it refunded if cup is returned… ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE HOTEL…. No idea where this 3 stars came from wouldn’t give it a half a star…

The hotel itself is great. We had a junior suit which gave us an extra room, very handy. Fridge in the room. Daniel from the animation team was great, tried to get every one involved and very good with the children. Now for the downside. The food was less than average, almost non existent for the kids. We had to eat out a few times. The snack bar is a disgrace, dry pieces of bread, no butter, ham or cheese filling. There was some fruit there. If you are thinking of going, just expect to eat out a few times, apart from food, i would recommend this hotel.

To say this is a 3 star hotel is being generous. Terrible service, horrible selection and quality of food, basic pool area and zero facilities. The only saving grace is that the rooms are clean and spacious. Would never recommend this to anyone.

Pros: Very clean rooms and public areas. Sociable and polite staff. Great location near to great beach. All inclusive very good value. Cons: Whilst the food was adequate it was a little bland and they had recycling down to a fine art. Not really good choice for children and no real authentic Spanish dishes such as paella (They did have a number of rice dishes but not very appetizing). Pigs liver and Pigs trotters are not to everyone's taste. Overall we had a pleasant stay and was better than we expected.

Very clean hotel. Good location. Comfy beds. Stayed in a junior suite which was lovely, sunbed on terrace would be a great addition, Only gripe is that food was very hit and miss and not replenished very quick and this was when the hotel wasn’t at capacity.
