Generally I don’t write reviews but hopefully this can help someone. Never been to Majorca before. Arrived with family, Partner, 5 & 15 year old. Clean modern hotel. Friendly & professional. Apartment not huge but ok. Had 2 very comfortable single and separate sofa beds in the lounge which were a godsend (fitted partner & teenage son on nicely) Adequate air con, good Wi-Fi. Kitchen, not great, but fine to heat up stuff, make a brew, or sandwich. Bathroom came with shampoo and shower gel, towels changed regularly. Shower water went all over floor which was quite dangerous really as the floor was super slippy. Thorough daily maid service. Balcony looked over Main Street, not great, but better than some of the other views some had. Not private at all, had a pervy German/Spanish guy right next door who just stared at me hanging my clothes out to dry. So I would never sit out there due to that. Pools are nice, inflatables allowed, felt like the kids pool could have been larger as my daughter loved it. The same slippy tiles followed into the bar, where you can order food. I went flying! Be warned! I could have really hurt myself, the lovely bar man came to my assistance though, obviously not the first time it has happened. Only went to the entertainment one night, where my daughter had her face painted and there were a few games & a disco. It was fine, not our thing really, but if you’re expecting something more livelier then this is not it. Food was fantastic. Maybe I’m just overly grateful, but really the selection was outstanding, beautifully presented and always restocked ( though the chocolate sauce for the churro’s did run out quickly most mornings) it all looked fresh and abundant. We never queued, service was amazing and the restaurant was big plus there was outside seating too. My son loved all the different seafoods. The hostess even produced jelly from the kitchen for my daughter when we asked. We went Half board & it was definitely worth it, eating out in Majorca is not cheap at all, and dare I say it not very authentic or mind blowingly great. This area is for tourists. Do more research if you want the food & culture because you won’t find it here. Sorry. Set in a residential area, between 2 resorts, you will have to walk at least 5/10 minutes to get to the nearest Spar, which is expensive. Sa Coma beach is beautiful, sandy and big, but it’s a 25 minute walk on the flat with a moaning child. Unfortunately too far for me, and if I had known would have booked somewhere else. Cala Millor beach is slightly closer but is rocky. I don’t understand how people say the beach is 5 minutes away, maybe by car, but being a beach person, Sa Coma is the nearest nicest one. I liked Sa Coma, even though there’s not a lot there. Cala Milor had more shops, but I felt a lot more hostility there from the Spanish, being British. Drach caves are fantastic, strongly suggest to pre book your tickets. We just showed up and they were sold out which caused an argumen
