호텔은 일반적으로 좋습니다. 하프 보드 옵션을 선택했습니다. 매우 독특하고 불쾌한 정책이 있습니다. 아침 식사는 음료와 커피가 모두 무료이지만 저녁 식사는 무료가 아닙니다. 작은 물 한 잔에 2.40유로를 지불해야 했습니다! 이는 웹상에 명확하게 표시되어야 합니다.

주차장도 없고 엘레베이터도 없어서 아이들과 함께 계단으로 3층을 올라야 했습니다. 우리는 다른 훨씬 더 나은 Hipotels에 있었지만 이것은 매우 실망했습니다. 아침 식사를 하거나 미니 클럽에 가려면 길을 건너야 했습니다.

Note for people with some intolerances - there are plenty of food which you can choose and waiters and waitresses are absolutely helpful :)

We had an enjoyable April family holiday here with a 5 year old and 10 week old baby. The positives: The hotel itself was lovely, we had a one bedroom garden apartment on the ground floor right by the splash pool. It was large and the cleaning team kept them spotless. The beds were incredibly comfortable and we had a brilliant nights sleep. They provided a travel cot and a baby bath for our baby which was a lovely touch. The pools are brilliant, our 5 year old loved the slides though it was quite chilly at this time of the year. The food was very good, probably the best all inclusive we have stayed at. We always were able to find something we wanted to eat. A good choice every night and a section of pasta, sauces and pizzas for fussy eaters/kids too. The drinks were good with a good cocktail selection included in all inclusive. Staff were friendly. Only a few minutes walk to the beach which was lovely and a few shops/arcades outside the hotel. Negatives: A lot of the glasses were dirty with orange juice bits stuck around the sides, we had to search for clean ones. The mini disco seemed to be catered mostly towards German children, we would have preferred a few more Spanish songs included in the disco as our son loves coming to Spain to do all the dances! The biggest letdown for us was the location, whilst it was very close to the beach we just aren’t fond of Sa Coma. There’s not much to do other than go to the beach or stay at the hotel. If it was the height of summer I imagine it wouldn’t be too bad but we had two very cold rainy days and struggled finding anything to do. Personally we prefer a slightly livelier area with more bars/restaurants and attractions nearby. We probably wouldn’t return because the area just doesn’t suit us, however it is definitely one of the best hotels we have stayed in and we would absolutely recommend to anyone who wanted to come to this area. It’s a shame as we really did enjoy our stay!

Hotel was clean, well spaced out with a good range of swimming pools, the food was exceptional with plenty of choices. There house maids would make up rooms everyday if you wished and the beach was a 2 minute walk. The only downside for us was the animation team, brilliant with the children who had been to the clubs during the day. However, my 3 year old who hadn’t been to kids clubs took a shine to the young girl who played Barbie in one of the shows, during disco/show times was ignored by “Barbie”. So maybe more staff training on interacting with young children. Other than that, brilliant stay and exceptional location!

The hotel is very nice 😊, and the staff are friendly and helpful . The apartment is is well kept and very clean . The food was not to bad , but the Reastraunt was over the road from the hotel , which is not described in the holiday booking. Sa Coma is nice , but more for families with children . As there is nothing going on at night for adults and nowhere to go and look at . We went to Porto Cristo which is more lively and more to see.

My wife and I booked a sun holiday to Mallorca with our young (under 2) son. First time holiday as a family and had an excellent experience The facilities were top notch. The food was delicious. The staff were very friendly especially with our young son who can be a bit of a menace at times Overall a brilliant experience and I hope to go back again next year

Just come back from a week at Club Mediterraneo and I can honestly say we had the most amazing experience. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The food was out of this world and the children’s facilities were brilliant. We travelled with an 8 month old baby and a 2.5 year old and we feny very welcomed. It was a very family orientated hotel but we as parents/adults had a great time too. Already looking at booking for next year, but may go a bit later in the season as the weather was dodgy. We paid extra and booked a sea view apartment and it was stunning! To wake up to that view every morning was just amazing, felt like paradise! (We were put in a different room on the first night but I was a bit let down by the view so I asked to change and the hotel staff did so with no questions asked).
