Hotel was nice but nothing special considering it is a Hilton. Rooms were clean and breakfast was really good. Location is good but parking can be a nightmare because the mall takes all the parking spots and residents sometimes can not find a place to park. Only English TV is news channels. Restaurant is good but limited menu.

Better than expected. However, as at 8 am on Sunday morning I didn’t open the room for cleaners then the room was never cleaned when I came back late in the evening. Who wants his/her room cleaned at 8 am on Sunday? Don’t they respect that people can sleep even on Sunday morning a bit later? Otherwise, English command of staff (except cleaners), greeting people, room was cozy, bed was great, parking was fine, free complimentary drink, breakfast had even real fruit, but why always bacon, sausage etc. Nobody there to make omelette. Didn’t get the idea of omelette station. Am I the cook there? Wi-Fi worked well.

We have stayed at this hotel few times now and it never disappoints. Customer care is fantastic. Special recognition goes to Natalia in the restaurant for her very impressive knowledge on types of wines and just an overall great, attentive service. Breakfast also brilliant, with lots of choices and amazing waffles! We will of course be back again!

We had an absolutely amazing time staying here at the Hilton Garden Inn Rzeszow. The staff here are extremely kind and helpful. The location is great and the room was very clean and comfortable. We definitely would stay here again when we are back in Rzeszow next. Thanks again, Patrycja Mazur

Booked a room directly on the hotel’s website and got a reservation confirmation. A few hours later I get a generic email alerting me that my booking was cancelled for no reason. So I call the hotel and the front desk clerk explains to me that the hotel is sold out and his colleague casually forgot to block new bookings on their website. There was no attempt to reach me by any other means than an email – not a single phone call to let me know that my reservation was suddenly cancelled. I am on my way to Rzeszow and expect to arrive at midnight. Now I need to urgently book a different hotel. Imagine if I hadn’t checked my email just in case and would show up at midnight at the HGI Rzeszow and told only then that there was no room for me. Shockingly negligent staff and an appalling treatment of customers.

We spent one week in Hilton Garden Inn Rzeszow in August 2022. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. There were many options for breakfast. We enjoyed the smoothies and crepes the most.

Just horrible staying. Since check in too long for all people. Room not clean too noisy with drill till 10pm. I have explained everything to the staff, the only answer was we are sorry. Nothing else. Please choose an other hotel

The staff is very friendly and helps whenever you ask for. A very good meal in the restaurant and a good breakfast. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom could have been better, but still ok. Good parking possibilities.
