Reserved our room here on the way to Myrtle Beach, The rewards card is in my wifes name as we tried to consolidate both our cards when we got married and they said we couldn't have two people on One card. My wife doesn't walk well she has a walking disability so I always check in. When I handed the woman my ID she said she needed my wife side to me because it was reserved in her name so I went to the car and got it then she said she needed both IDs, I had never had this happen before. I requested a first floor room near the lobby. I did get first floor but it was the furthest room they had from the lobby. Walk down at 7:30 am to get my wife a coffee they had three muffins on the table no coffee no cups and no one around there was a sign that said ring buzzer if you needed service I figured I wouldn't wait around for them to make coffee so we left. Probably would not stay here again.

Had a good stay. Room was clean and the front desk staff were nice, I would definitely stay again.

Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, I mean almost stayed at. First turn off was the front desk is protected entirely by heavy glass. Not for Covid protection, more like security reasons. We get our room (206) and drive around the building and I discover my second turnoff, most of the hotel is occupied by long term residents. When I grab a few bags from my car and start up the stairs, people started sticking their heads out of the doors to see the "fresh meat" moving in. Very uncomfortable feeling. Once in the room, the musty, stale cigarette smell smacks you in the face. Didn't stick around very long after seeing the bedspread had many burn marks, that was enough for me! The nicest thing I can say about this place is they gave me a refund when I explained my experience. Shame on me for not reading the reviews before I decided on this place.

This is a decent motel for a quick overnight. No frills but relatively clean, quiet, and comfortable. At 8pm, the front desk looked abandoned and it took multiple tries to get anyone to appear. Located next to a noisy truck stop but the area seemed relatively safe. It worked out fine and I would consider staying again on my next trip.

The property, especially the rooms are extremely dirty . The bed sheets and towels are full of brownish or black stains . The carpets and furniture are extremely dirty. The smell of dirt is horrible.

They made a copy of my credit card even though I had booked and paid for the rooms online. That night and the next day my card was used for Uber rides. I called my cc company and she told me that someone had linked my card to their Uber account. Of course I had to cancel the card.

People at the front desk are extremely rude and very unprofessional .Carpet was filthy the room looked liked hadnt been cleaned in a very long time. Hair in the bathroom tub , seen several roaches under the sink . Refused a refund for over charging us .

Unfortunately our room had bugs scattered about, the bathroom door was broken off its hinges and was unable to shut, cigarette ashes were in the sheets. Just super disappointed
