러스킨 인 호텔(Ruskin Inn Tampa-Sun City Center)

Check in was fine. I was able to get a room overlooking the parking lot as I requested. However the non smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. There seemed to be a party in the room next to me. This was a room that joined mine so there was a door in between. I assume the smoke was coming through the cracks in the door. Anyhow the party continued throughout the night. I was awoken around 3am to what sounded like a nightclub in the room next to me. I called the front desk dozens of times with no answer. I ended up having to go downstairs and track down a worked to deal with the noise. This continued to go in for hours. I wouldn’t recommend this place as it seemed like a regular thing.

Staff was exceptionally friendly, very clean room and all areas were as well. Quiet.

The hotel manager put us in a room where the A/C did not work and he knew about it. We had to see itch rooms at approximately 1:30 in the morning. That was very inconvenient.

It's a 7.3/10... Good for the price, nothing fancy, but most importantly you feel safe. If staying 1-2 nights this hotel is fine

VERY outdated rooms and in poor shape. The bed linens and pillows were in terrible condition. There was no deadbolt on the door. I wanted to leave after seeing the room but felt I’d have a tough time finding a new place so late in the day. I have no idea how this place got a 7 star on *******.

The property had a guy hanging around asking for money. The "free" breakfast was the worst I've ever seen. Didn't even have coffee and the orange juice was very watered-down.

A staff member at the Riskin hotel explained to me that I would be able to switch my reservation to the next night and her manager had explain to her that she is not able to which is fine and I have been told by ******* customer service but I will be receiving a refund, however I have not received it yet nor have had any follow up from the hotel or *******. Please follow up with me when you do have a chance. Thank you.

I would give a good smile on our stay here just for one nite. We were just looking for a good budget friendly place to stay overnite. It was not the foiur star feature but what’s important is the friendly staff and a nice cool bed and room to stay.

They don’t even have light bulbs in the lamp. Also the television was not working properly whatsoever.
