No great as there are things that need to be addressed urgently at that hotel such as the quality and taste of the food and the electrical and plumbing facilities.

We ordered and paid for double beds. We got kings size bed. They brought crappy cot to room. Kept getting calls at 8am from hospitality see how everything going. Kept calling after asking front desk to stop calling. Had to take phone of the hook. Patio door would not close all the way would whistle in the wind. Ask to have blinds fix you could see into bathroom from room. No one came to replace them. No straws for drinks. Kept running out of limes and watermelon for drinks.

This property was amazing and beautiful. The all you can eat buffet was SPECTACULAR. My favorite was the “Jamaican” section of course lol. I would 100 percent go back here. Staff was very friendly also.

The staff was amazing! From the guest experience managers, to the pool servers, housekeepers, restaurant service, all were so engaging and kind! The location of the hotel was also perfect as it was about an hour from Dunns Falls and an hour from the airport. The food options were also excellent with a variety to choose from for dinner reservations. Beautiful ocean views and fun pool activities.

In booking with *******, I did not realize the transfer to the hotel was not covered. The hotel and flight were booked separately and not as a package. The resort is about an hour and a half from the airport and the driving there is crazy!!! The hotel itself was quite nice…lots of walking, shuttles are available, but not necessary. The pools were great and an atmosphere for everyone! Quite disappointed in the beach…it’s all man made and not designed for going for long walks on or for swimming or floating with the waves. Lots of selection for restaurants! The food was really quite good and I would say the highlight of the trip! Getting dinner reservations was not easy, they book up quickly. Check the differences between the Grand and Luxury sides before booking.

We asked for 2 rooms 4 beds. We got 2 room 2 beds and 2 rolloff cotts. Unacceptable. We didn't get our birthday stuff done until i had to ask twice. We were dropped off on the wrong side. We had to carry our luggage across properly then to our room no one helped. No tour of the property. No one seemed to care if we were there or not. The buffets are not very good. The food wasn't near as good as many other resorts we've been to. The dinner restaurants are Awesome. But the app the hotel uses didn't work so that was hard to get a list of our reservations. The pool opens too late at 9 and closes at 6. That is terrible. We are Adults on the Adults side and still we are treated like children. The bars outside go from 10 to 5 so after that you must go inside to find a drink even soda or juices. Super inconvenient. My experience made me feel embarrassed frustrated and let down. We will NEVER use Bahia anywhere in the world after this trip. It was a 9 thousand dollar mistake.

Only plus point about is the beach restaurants are below par buffet is better staff if bit rude overall disappointed won’t recommend and the worst part is they serve cheap liquor apart from lobby bars

Staff was awesome, amazing pools and gorgeous views. They really made our stay that much better. We felt at home and everyone who worked there was so sweet and friendly.

The Bahia luxury property was absolutely beautiful. The elevators need an upgrade to match the fabulous rooms. Major positive, no matter where we went for ala carte breakfast, the restaurant staff was wonderful. Adeque Burley was a constant smiling face and pleasantly helpful every time we needed assistance.
