Taunton Ruishton (M5, J25)

Great location with motorway links right on the doorstep. Plenty of parking and the hotel is set across two separate buildings. I was in the annexe which was nice and clean and despite the busy roads, was nice and quiet during the night. Great Miller & Carter restaurant next door.

Great place for stopping en route to Cornwall. The next day we didn’t have too far to go which meant we could enjoy our first day on holiday. Two adults and 6 year old and a 1 year old. Family room perfect, travel cot was provided. Very comfortable. We all slept well and enjoyed the breakfast. Friendly staff. Will definitely stop again.

Stayed at various Premier Inn hotels and this one is near the top of my list for service, comfort and cleanliness. Special thanks to Michelle for our lovely clean room. Although we did not visit there is a restaurant and bar within walking distance.

Arrived around 11pm, greeted by a really friendly and welcoming member of staff called Sasha. Sasha actually carried my case up the stairs for me - thank you! The room was a bit cold on arrival but warmed up quickly with the heater in the room. A good night's sleep was had by both of us.

Stayed for the one night and check in was an easy process, very helpful staff! Area was quiet and couldn’t hear the road or traffic. Room was immaculate and warmed up very quickly. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom spotless. Didn’t have a chance to try breakfast but smelt amazing. Definitely will stay again and looking forward to a having breakfast next time!

Brillinant hotel, receptionists were lovely at check in, room was clean and tidy. Left at 12:00 check out and saw Claire at the desk who was lovely and brilliant to talk to. The hotel was brilliantly located by the motorway. Which for me was really convenient. It’s a shame I missed breakfast as I’m sure they would not have disappointed.

I came to Ruishton on my own as part of a trip for work, and I have to say as a lone female I have never felt quite as safe and secure in another hotel like I did here! The staff were so welcoming and made sure to allocate me a room in a discreet part of the hotel, close to reception. They really made me feel at home! From the staff behind the desk to the chef at breakfast they were all so lovely.

Having stayed here previously stopped on route for breakfast. All freshly prepared and the staff were amazing as always. Plenty of car parking and now electric car charge points. Can’t wait to stay again and come back for breakfast. Then staff are amazing.
