루이도소 마운틴 인(Ruidoso Mountain Inn)

We stayed at this hotel because I accidentally made reservations there (similar name to the one I wanted). There was nothing wrong with it. Check in was easy and pleasant. The room was clean, everything worked (yay for the heating/ cooling unit!). The hot/ cold was reversed for the shower but they worked just fine. There is a mini fridge, microwave, iron & hair dryer. The place is remodeled, but there were no USB ports in the room. Thank goodness we've got experience with that and planned ahead! Our Fire Stick worked with the TV. The breakfast was very mediocre. It's obvious they try to cut costs by using dehydrated eggs and bargain sausage. Everything else was standard "free breakfast" stuff - muffins, English muffins, toast, bananas, waffles, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal. Biscuits & gravy only on weekends, so we didn't get to try those. We ate what was offered and we were thankful for it. The location was super, with access from 2 streets. Easy to get to all of Ruidoso from there. Anyway, this hotel didn't win me over as a new favorite but it was nice enough and I could recommend it.

The staff was kind and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. It was nice we were able to stay for one night along with our doggie.(pet friendly)

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and it was great. The beds are very comfortable. For as much time as you spend in the actual room, you cant beat the price. The breakfast was good too. Location is also great. We will stay here when we come back to Ruiodoso.

Staff was wonderful but room not so much. Hairs in sink, sitting chair stained and our left over dinner went to waste because mini fridge did not work.

The property itself is pretty average, but not bad for the price. The older gentleman manning the reception area was very friendly and the lady preparing the breakfast buffet was really nice and accommodating.

Room was clean, this is an old hotel but appeared unkept. Breakfast was awful the eggs, sausage, potatoes and gravy were so cold it didn’t seem safe to eat.

The property stank like curry and fried onions. The room stank of some awful perfume chemical smell. And the bed sagged so terribly we couldn’t sleep. Just a nasty place will never be back.

Overall good place to stay for good price with good service and clean areas. The food could be better , only thing I wasn’t so satisfied

Nice quiet property and the breakfast was really great. The rooms are a little run down, and we had a random Cheeto left on the floor as well as a used soap bar left in a cup on the bathroom counter, but otherwise the beds were clean and staff was very nice.
