Ark Hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at hotel ark and i must say, it was a truly pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean and well-appointed, with a stunning view of the pool. I also enjoyed dining at the hotel restaurant, where the food was delicious and the service impeccable. Overall, i can confidently say that hotel ark exceeded my expectations and i would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

I stayed for one ***** with my family on the way to ranikhet. Stay was very comfortable. Rooms are very spacious and neat and clean. Food is very good.

Location is quite close to the railway station and costs about a 100 rs to get there. Very courteous staff.

The size of the room was the only good thing. A/c doesn't cool properly. The bathroom is poor with sub standard fittings. Food is highly over priced. And finally the attitude and hospitality of the staff leaves a lot to be desired.

the attender was set the ac for cooling but i am waiting till the dinner when i have done my dinner near to 11:30 i have made a complaint about cooling the attender ( manjeet singh) was committed to me that he is sending a mechanic for repair after that mechanic has come and set some timer i was waiting some other one and half hour it was near to 2 am some of attender reach and asked me for room change near 2:50 am i have changed my room but still not cooling told me after half an hour it will be cooling but still not cooling my room my very important meeting has fixed tomorrow i am still waiting for coolness very bad experience from this hotel i am never seen that type of people and management who is responsible for my night making hell
