It's such a beautiful property with Amazing services. The staff here is very friendly, warm and welcoming. The food is tooo good. They even let us use their kitchen as we were craving home cooked food. They even made separate jain food for us. The rooms are super comfy with all the facilities available. The veran*** outside the room is a perfect place to have your chai/coffee with hot maggie and the view to die for. It is a must must must visit ❤️

Top class hospitality..food is excellent.swiss tents arr diffrent exprience to stay.i like very much to stay here.one more beauty of this property is we can see kedar mountains from here other than this in front is helipad.

We are frequent traveller and uttarakhand has been our favorite destination. People are very hospitable and understand what hospitality means even in small locales However the front desk and the restaurant staff of white heavens need a strong lesson in hospitality. While the online checkout time is mentioned as 11 am they expect check out at 10 am and position their staff outside your room before 10 am. Itself. Forget hospitality this is stooping to a low level. Food is pathetic. They serve so called Rajasthani meal and it's horrible. If you don't go exactly at the time the dinner starts be prepared for cold food in cold climate! We were only few people for breakfast the next day as others had gone to kedarnath. the restaurant staff found it very hard to prepare breakfast for us. Hopeless staff The positive aspect is rooms are well maintained. However senior citizens please look at pictures and then decide of you would like to go for steep climb

Pros The resort is located at an excellent. Location with great view of the peaks. The room is clean and well maintained. But note that reaching the room is not easy for senior citizen Cons Service is hopeless to the core. There is no concept of hospitality. Mohan singh the one who is at front desk needs a lesson in hospitality. We were late in reaching to the camp and called and asked if we can come for dinner at 9.30. They said ok. When we reached the restaurant, there were already couple of guests who had finished their dinner. The burners where food was kept was switched off. All we got was cold food. They didn't even care to ask if we need more rotis forget serving hot ones The online checkout time mentioned is 11am but they expect checkout at 10 am and against each door there is a person waiting for you to vacate. Seriously is this how you treat guest? The food is best to be avoided. But nearby there is no option so you are practically left with no option. We had asked for local food. They just don't care about it and all you get is rajasthani meal. Overall beautiful location, clean rooms but zero sense of hospitality. And neither the attitude of an honest attempt to consume feedback and show an inclination to improve. When we were talking with Mohan singh of our experience all he was doing is checking his mobile! What can you expect from such an attitude!!

THE WHITE HEAVEN CAMPS! Undoubtedly the best place luxurious place to stay in Guptkashi. With unreal view , top quality sanitation, finger-licking food and what not. Just loved it! Money & Time worth spending.
