마이스트라 셀렉트 빌라 루빈 리조트(Maistra Select Villas Rubin Resort)

공원은 훌륭했고 별장은 괜찮았습니다. 2 단점 1) 아침 식사의 칼은 품질이 매우 좋지 않으며 일반 빵은 나머지를 위해 자를 수 없습니다. 아침 식사는 훌륭했습니다. 2) 나는 쓰레기 수거함을 찾는 사람들이 공원을 보기에 아주 좋고 비위생적이라고 생각하지 않습니다.

Apartments relatively clean could have a refurbishment otherwise basic and ideally located next to beach. Room had a patio space which was private and pleasant. Air con worked well. All staff very friendly and food at beach restaurant very nice and reasonably priced. Great stay!

I am so thrilled and wowed by this place and our vacation a few days ago that I cannot find best words to describe it. We visited Villas Rubin with our three kids and it was their ( and our) paradise. Seeing them so excited about the amazing pool, aquagun, great kids program, entreteiners that really do a great job, knowing their name, caring, always happy when kids come to play and you can feel that they really love their job. Branka was so great at the pool with a milion dolar smile while she was dancing with the kids. Then special thanks 2 Matej and Tomi from the pool, they are so helpful, always happy to assist, a great asset to the team I would say. Breakfast was really 5 star with large choise and Mr. Spasoje top manager and gentlemen. He took care of all our needs and demands during breakfast with the kids and always was one step ahead, thank you. Our apartment was 259 and it was nice, with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms with a cool kitchen and terase partially overlooking the sea. Biljana and Petra from the management team were there for us, we felt really well teaken care of. Also Natali from the pool bar was great, icecream is really good and only 2 euros. Thanks to all, see you next year! Villas Rubin is top place for you family! I recommend from all my heart. Book now you will be also wowed!

Attention. If the reservation states that check-in will be possible at a specific time, do not expect the possibility of checking in 1 minute before that time. During such "ultra occupancy" and waiting, you may see at least 10 similar available capacities on their website, which does not mean that you will not be kept waiting until the last moment. The impolite reception manager will gladly explain this very unusual practice to you free of charge.

We were there for the Salsa congress. The staff everyone was super friendly and very professional. Specially Natasa at the reception she was understanding everytime I had a question. Beside that she is so beautiful she was so helpful. We will see you next year.

Unfortunately we had to extend our stay with 2 days, so we did stay 5 nights totally. First we did get accommodation which look like a prison, with outside blind walls, no view at all! We did change accommodation and we had to pay extra. We did pay with 2 persons the same as 4 persons should pay. The accommodation is old and the bathroom is totally worn out. The beds are hard. Breakfast is terrible, you have to stay in lines because there are big groups with young people in buses and they plundering the buffets. When you think to have something warm to eat, than it’s cold before you have a table. You can forget the coffee or something in the morning, you don’t get it on a normal way, again lines to get it. With diner the same, again lines from here to Tokyo😩 Many dogs and some people leave the dogs loose at the accommodation, very irritating because they bark to each other. One day they came with big machinery on petrol for doing the garden, the whole day very much noise pppffff.

We were very satisfied with acomadation and services. It was great holiday and beautiful place, beaches was also beautiful. It is great for people who love sport because here is tennis court, fotball playground, table tenis and you can rent a bike. So I recomend it.

The resort let us down in many ways. 1- On our arrival, around 10pm they gave us a map to find our room. We spend 30 minutes walking around trying to read the signs, because every block of room has a name . It was dark, the names weren’t visible very limited illumination, we had our child with us , it was a nightmare. I think they should have taken us to the place . When we finally found the room it was terrible small of cigarette, so I asked to be put in another no smoking room, they asked us to come back to the reception to do so. And again we spend 20 minutes looking for this room. 2- The room was dirty, a terrible smell coming from the bathroom, but the room didn’t smell cigarettes. Big mould stains in the wall, everything very old. About the dirty I thought the reason was because the room wasn’t really prepared to us but they would clean it in the morning, they didn’t; 3- The towels provided were so old and had holes in it ; 4- the sheets had stains; 5- Every resort tha I’ve been to provide pool towels, they don’t, we had to buy in their shop. 6- the restaurant service is ridiculous, they say that it is from 7pm-9pm, but if you arrive 8:30pm no one will serve you drinks , they are already preparing to close , at 9 sharp there is no food to be served, I found it very tense, specially because when you are on holiday you don’t want to be rushing things , and they made us feel uncomfortable. In my opinion they are far to be the resort that you go to relax and forget about everything. The positives things are: the pool area, the staff that are very kind, the bar food was delicious and the sports area. Liliane

A lovely resort with great amenities geared towards young families. Although there was plenty to do during the day for my 16 and 18 year old boys, there was very little to entertain them in the evening.
