I come to Roswell several times a year, and I had bad experiences prior at your hotel, however, this trip was better. The staff was friendly and helpful. The issue I had was with the hvac unit in my room. Way too cold or way too hot

Property was dirty and room was very dirty. Stains on all the walls, blanket had blood stains on it that had been washed and dried in the blanket. Took it off and used our own blankets.

I look back at the day and everything I've eaten was breakfast at the hotel , a small package of chocolate covered raisins from Clein's corner and a Cobb salad at 2:00 in Santa Fe. I think breakfast has given me, well I believe to be food poisoning or E-Coli, because it hit me at 2:30. I actually had to hide behind the door of my truck and poop in the parking lot because I knew, I couldn't make it inside to the bathroom.

There were quite a few printed signs with various things out of order or request for guests. This, as well as missing tiles in the elevator indicate that they are struggling with upkeep on this property. Bed was a little hard and there were long hairs left in the tub. It was ok but I wouldn't rate it an 8+. Also there was a sign posted in the bathroom indicating the costs of items if you took them, like towels, pillows, etc. the sign misspelled mat. Imagine someone typing up the text, having it to somewhere to have plaques made, hanging them in all the rooms and not realizing that there was an egregious spelling error.

Room service is provided by a third party company. They had a car accident and there was no service available. The swimming pool is not maintained and cleaned. They simply add more chlorine. The water is so chlorinated, it burns the eyes hard. The water jets on the spa hot tub do not work. Maid service is only offered if your stay is 3 days or longer. Pieces are missing from floor tiles, parts are missing from in room appliances. Old trash was found within rooms that obviously is months over looked.

It was an average stay. Nothing spectacular stood out. Front desk staff were not rude, but not exactly friendly either. Breakfast was yogurt, hard boiled eggs, waffle maker, a few cereals, prepackaged muffins, milk, juice, and decent coffee. We opted to eat elsewhere. Beds were comfortable but definitely not queen size as advertised.

This is a great value for the price! Very nice room and the breakfast was excellent. Only minor issue we had was that the hot water takes a looonnnggg time to get hot, but not a big deal.

Room was great. Breakfast wasn’t that great, many things were out and weren’t kept up on unless the customers said something and probably need to get another waffle maker since it’s the highlight of breakfast for most.
