Didnt like the limited room service options. Did not like the unoperatable room keys. Front desk constantly monitor me and " wanted to constantly see ID because they say there was suspicous activity at the hotel.

hotel is very nice, customer service is great, greeted with a smile from staff. room very clean i even noticed a smell of lysol in the air when i entered the room. my only dislike was the room service, overpriced and the food doesn't taste good at all!!!!!!

We had a great stay. The only hiccup we had was that our room was not ready when we arrived, which was an hour after check-in. However, we explained our situation to Angelina, that we were expected at a wedding an hour after our arrival, and she was able to accommodate us a few minutes later. Angelina made sure we got to our wedding on time.

Everything was great . Just asked for a noon check out and front desk said no .. we are booked .. check in 4 pm I don’t think 1 hour would matter .. Marriott no problem getting later check out .. buffet breakfast for 2 $86 was not worth it ..

This hotel is amazing! The staff was the best staff I have EVER dealt with, hands down… So Friendly and they went above and beyond …ty so much!

Beautifully appointed, but resort fee was is only worthwhile if you stay a few days. Bar was fantastic, lively great drinks, great service, so enjoyable! Restaurant notsomuch. The speakeasy was closed due to a private party, one of the reasons for our stay. Next time we’ll have to check out Sunday brunch! Overall a good experience we will stay again and choose another restaurant.

Clean beautiful king room. Quiet location across from train station. Walk to everything in town. Restaurants and bar in hotel are excellent. Chill music. Chill bellmen and valets. Everyone is fabulous. Love it.

Very nice hotel with a very attentive staff. However the $30 tax daily “facilities” charge on top of the pricy rooms is ridiculous. We were there for a very busy wedding weekend so never had a chance to use the pool or gym. I suppose we paid $30 a night for the “free” parking. Also was not happy with the 4pm check in time.

Arrived at 4:30pm, fir a 4:00pm Check-In-and had to wait till 5:30 for a room, because the cleaning staff had gotten behind. The room we did get had a door that stuck, making it hard to get in and out of the room. When I told the manager at check-out, he asked why I didn’t tell them about the door sooner, I said, “you didn’t have any other rooms when I checked in and I didn’t want to spend my birthday weekend with you banging on the door at who knows what hour, to fix it. I came here to relax.” The restaurant wrote “Happy Anniversary” on my plate instead of adding a birthday candle as my husband had asked. And on and on… For a “luxury” hotel it felt like they just, after over 100 years in operation, didn’t have it together. I did get a few ‘considerations’ from the hotel, but I would have preferred the great service I thought I was going to get by staying here.
