I have traveled around the world and have NEVER had such a terrible experience at a hotel. The hotel is pretty and clean, but there is nothing else I can say about our stay that is positive. First and foremost, the manager - Vanessa Philips - has THE WORST customer service I have ever witnessed. We were attending a cheer competition and this hotel was close to the event center. Many parents from many different teams were taking advantage of the amenities provided in the cost we paid to stay at the hotel and were hanging out and chatting in the lobby. Other than some kids running around and some noise because there were 10 different conversations occurring, nothing bad had occurred. All of the sudden one of our moms was walking up to her room and her CHILD told her that they called the cops and we needed to leave. This seemed outrageous because nothing had occurred. I approached the front desk to find out what was going on and she said "that's above my head - my manager did that". I asked where her manager was and she pointed me in that direction. I approached the manager (who refused to give us her name at the time) and asked what was going on. She told me we had received many warnings and she called the copy because we were not listening to them. I informed her that no one had said anything to us and without hesitation, she shoved her finger in my face and shouted "no one warned you? YOU ARE A LIAR!" I was blown away. There isn't anymore space to continue, but corporate knows
