We arrived during the heat wave on June 19th and departed on June 21st. Air Conditioning would not go below 24.5* celsius on the first evening we arrived, resulting in a sleepless night due to heat. I contacted the front desk in the morning to relay issues, and they sent up two technicians to "reset" the AC, which they said would take 1 hour. The gentleman spoke nothing to me, fiddled around for 30 minutes, and left, not one word spoken. I left for the day and returned that night; the room was sweltering hot. Seemed even warmer than before. Called the front desk once more and explained. The associate put me on hold and returned, stating they would move us to another room with assurance the room would be the "same". room was similar but without a tub, and included a stand-up shower, the previous room included a tub. AC was working so we settled. During the night we were robbed of sleep once more because there was a surging noice for 15 to 30 seconds, every 2 minutes of what sounded like a well pump or something mechanical surging that rang all night and the morning. check out that morning I brought it to the associate's attention stating they moved us from the 3rd floor to a new room on the 9th, she said "oh room #910" I had not informed her of the room # yet... she knew the exact room I was talking about, which led my wife to add, "So you've had complaints about that room before, obviously!" They intentionally put us in a previously complained about room. Last time Marriot!
