Es la segunda vez que vamos. El servicio bien, pero en la hab la bañera es demasiado alta dificultando el acceso y la salida. La comida normal, tal vez demasiada salsa y pocas verduras para elegir. Las vistas y la habitación muy bien.

Great value for money, good food and lovely staff ready to help all the time. We were pleased with the activities as well. My daughter cried when we left and I promised her we’ll come back asap. She loved the activities they done for kids and I enjoyed taking part in adults activities. The weather was not so bad for the first week of April. A bit windy sometimes but still warm and nice. Really pleased with our holiday. We rented a car and visited the surroundings recommended by the staff one day as my daughter didn’t want to leave the hotel for more then once. The beach is very close which is a plus

Immaculately clean, friendly staff, extremely comfortable bed and great food. Can’t say much for the alcoholic drinks, they weren’t the best but you could pay more for premium brands. There isn’t a great deal to do outside of the hotel. No little stalls or cafes to poke around in on an evening. The beach is gritty and the sea is not great for swimming as it’s rough so we stuck to the pool at the hotel. The pool is COLD but you kinda get use to it. This place is more like a city than a hotel and it can get very busy at times. They have 4 lifts but usually only 2 working so you can wait (and wait and wait) or take your chance of having a heart attack while walking up 1900 million steps in the heat. Ether way plan ahead because both options take a while. You have to pay 10 Euros cash per person when you check in for the all inclusive bands. You do get this back when you check out. Overall a great break in a comfortable hotel. Wouldn’t go back but only because of the beach situation. If you like to be in the all inclusive bubble then this hotel is a great option.

We had a beautiful new room with sea view. All personnel was extremely nice and helpful, we loved a manager (I think she was a manger) in the restaurant. We loved a splash pool for kids Great location, right on the beach. Walkable distance to shop and restaurants, cheap taxi Minus points for food as it was repetitive, mostly fishes or pork. Really small selection of food for kids. Water in both kids and main swimming pools extremely cold. (But maybe its because we went in May) Almost no one spoke english, everyone just spoke spanish. But still they were all nice and answered my question in spanish 😅

Wasn't the best of Holidays, as most staff were ignorant, unhelpful and always questioned anything we required. THERES WAS A 2 DRINK RULE apparently, no signs to say this and was always when you order a hot drink. Apartments were nice and the kids entertainment team were excellent and couldn't do anything more. It's a very Spanish holiday resort and very noisy at weekends due to being the Spanish equivalent to Britain's blackpool.

Spent Whitsun week here, Tuesday-Tuesday, 2 adults, 2 children(12 & 10). The positives, the hotel is good, facilities are good, big pool, 5 waterslides, inflatable waterslide, small children’s play area. A football 5-a-side pitch, volleyball court, go out of the back gate, and your onto the promenade and beach. The room had 2 double beds, balcony, a nice bathroom, the maids cleaned most days and provided you with fresh towels. The restaurant was clean, tidy, bright, airy and of a good size. The waiters/waitresses were regularly collecting plates, glasses and keeping the area as clean as they could. Show cooking at the bottom of restaurant, doing fresh meat and fish. Although not a negative, the choice was rather limited, and the fresh meat was generally always pork and fish, which if you don’t like(like me), was a struggle at times, if you like them, fill ya boots!!! There was no separate kids area for them, so they had to delve in along with the adults. Plenty of fresh fruit, ice cream, salads to eat, the snacks in between meal times were ok, burger n chips, or sandwiches. The showroom bar was big enough but could do with a bit of TLC. Location, 10 minute walk from the gran plaza shopping centre, not much else around, had a taxi twice into the urbanized area, which was a bit busier. The only real negative, I was aware it was a mostly Spanish resort, like their Devon. I wasn’t aware that they had a holiday period also, Tuesday/Wednesday was quiet, then the Spanish holiday makers arrived, stopped till sat/sun. To say they are rude, ignorant, obnoxious, is an understatement, and they certainly don’t know how to queue. Constantly pushing in, barging past you, one lad around 18 just kept spitting everywhere, disgusting!! Overall, a good holiday in the sun, but slightly tainted by the rudeness of the Spanish holidaymakers….

We loved our stay, we had such a lovely time, I loved how Spanish it was which is crazy to say, as we were in Spain but I’ve never experienced it before it was so laid back no rush to get the sunloungers in a morning there was plenty, the entertainment team were amazing, there is loads for the kids to do they loved the pool and especially the football pitch, the food was lovely and always found something to eat, reception staff were amazing, we had a problem with our room at 3.30am the air con was leaking, this was sorted with in 5 minutes and we was transferred to another room quickly on the same floor and only 2 doors down, we just collected our belongings the next day. We had to leave a deposit of €10 each for our wrist bands but was given the choice to hand them back at 12noon at check out an get the money back as all inclusive finished then, this is all explained very clearly at check in, we decided to keep ours and was able to have drink and snacks til we was picked up at 6pm, we also paid €30 euros to keep our room which was lovely as we could have a few hours round the pool and still have showers, the beach area is lovely can walk for miles, and a 10 min walk from the hotel is a lovely shopping centre with primark Zara jd etc, we would 100% go back I loved the chilled out atmosphere, we even made Spanish friends even though they couldn’t speak English and we could not speak Spanish, the bar and restaurant staff work so hard in fact all the staff do, the rooms are modern and up to date, and was cleaned every day well done everyone you are all anazing

Entertainment crew was fabulous, restaurant was nice, good selection for all. Rooms were very nice and had all amenities required. Staff all friendly and approachable and very interactive with all parties. Would recommend this hotel just for the atmosphere if nothing else
