호텔 로쿠에타스 비치(Hotel Roquetas Beach)

Hotel pequeño, la playa se encuentra a 10 minutos andando; los trabajadores del hotel hicieron bien su trabajo, habitación espaciosa aunque no hay bidel ni escobilla en el baño; apenas hay actividades de animación pues estas son dos juegos por la mañana, dos por la tarde y show nocturno.

Absolutely wonderful, friendly and helpful staff with excellent service ! Always happy and very welcoming! 😊 We loved the hotel facilities like swimming pool and little area next to it with summer bar, bar and restaurant inside the hotel. We really liked that it was Foosball & Pool table to play ! Walking distance from hotel to seaside was only 5-10min, the same to local shops and restaurants where you can eat local Tapas ! We definitely can recommend this place and we are hoping to be back here one day again ! 😊👏

Never again .you had to get up at the crack of dawn to get a sun bed.if you couldn't manage to get one you had to go on the grass which then meant that you got bitten by flies.food was just okay.staff really were lovely though.couldnt do enough for you.italian restaurant they rush you.asked if we could have a 20 mins break between first course and second but the minute i put my cutlery down they bought out the main.entertainment was more geared up for children.childrens games/disco went on until 9.30pm.I would only give the hotel maximun 3 stars.back to Turkey next year for me.

No running water in the bathroom really poor tired hotel

Honestly, I am unsure where they got their stars. Definitely not as expected, I can only assume the photos on ********** was accurate on the initial completion of the hotel. Very old, out dated and not worth the nightly rate at all. Thankfully, this was only for an overnight stay to break up a drive from Seville to Murcia, had I booked a package holiday here, I would have been requesting a transfer to a different hotel….

Good hotel, great and hardworking staff, worth 50-60 euros a night, but not in my humble opinion the 100-120 euros a night we paid. The restaurant was too full, with a 30-minute line-up to wait for a table to eat sometimes, and quite crowded inside. If the manager was not there to supervise the operation of the restaurant it fell apart sometimes - once we had 50 people standing a metre away from our table, waiting for a place to eat - when the manager appeared he got people to wait outside which was supposed to be the policy. That, and a slightly dirty room and very crowded pool where our main issues. The hotel itself is nice enough, and only a 10-minute walk from the beach. I always found enough nice things to eat in the restaurant, I did not think it was as bad as other reviewers. I would return, but only for the right price.

Baño con mal olor, tuberías que gotean la ducha 2 días no nos funcionó la puerta del baño tan hinchada que ni abre ni cierra. Muchos ruidos nos pudieron en una habitación enfrente de una obra, en una avenida super ruidosa y viajábamos con un bebé recién nacido, no pudo dormir ninguna de las noches, debido a los ruidos. Buffet congelado, repetitivo lo sirven frío y mal descongelado. La comida en vivo imposible de coger se forman unas colas y cuando llegas a tu turno no hay nada. Sólo un ascensor funcionando en toda la estancia. El frigo super sucio y con pelos

Muy buen servicio y limpieza,con buena animación y comida las habitaciones amplias y la piscina muy bien, una atención al cliente personalizada en recepción con muy buen trato de todo el personal,y precios buenos
