Il n'y a que des éloges à dire comme avis sur cet hôtel qui est situé en bord de l'autovia.Les chambres sont neuves,le lit est immense aussi bon qu'à la maison,certe la décoration est innexistante,le personel est souriant,le petit déjeuner est dans la moyenne pour la catégorie d'hôtel.Notre GPS ,WAZE,GOOGLE ITINERAIRE ne nous ont pas indiqués le chemin à suivre alors pour les futurs clients l'hôtel se trouve à la sortie 800 de l'autovia dans un sens ou dans l'autre.C'est un bon hôtel pour séjourner deux ou trois nuits. Merci de m'avoir lu.

Great location in the beach. Lots of nice restaurants and bars near by. Pleasant staff. Rooms needed to do what the did (a bed for the night) breakfast average. Was not there long enough to use the pool or the facilities. Would stay again as it’s a great base to travel to nearby areas. Almeria was about 20 mins in the car.

우리는 1 박 동안 여기에 머물렀고 부부는 훨씬 더 오래 머물 렀습니다. 바다가 내려다보이는 멋진 크고 넓은 베란다/데크. 별도의 라운지와 간이 주방이 있는 큰 객실입니다. 유일한 문제는 우리 위의 데크에서 담배를 피우는 여성이었고 그녀의 재는 우리 데크 전체에 계속 떨어지고 있었습니다.

We stayed for 3 nights and played golf twice. The hotel looks quite grand when you arrive,and we had no trouble parking, although it’s low season. In high season I expect you would have difficulty finding a parking space outside, in which case you would have to pay to park in the hotel underground facility. Our room had a lovely view with a small balcony over the swimming pool. It was fully functional and clean, but pretty tired. The air conditioning seemed to have been set to winter mode, so the room was 25C. Maybe okay for Spanish guests, but far too hot for us. The chamber maids, maintenance man, then hotel Director all tried to rectify the problem, which was subsequently rectified the following day. We were offered a move to an apartment, but didn’t fancy that. The beds in the room were also too hard for us, and the maids put on toppers the second night which made them a bit softer. Breakfast was pleasant, standard fare. We didn’t have dinner, but ate in the bar, which again was fine. We sat out on the terrace one lunchtime in the sunshine, and I suspect the pool area is lovely in high season. One lunchtime, the hotel recommended a restaurant in Aguadulce, restaurant Mistela Gastronomia, which was excellent. Very easy and cheap to get a taxi there and back. We played golf twice. Both days were at the weekend, but the course was very quiet, and we were not paired with anyone else. Very unusual even in low season. The area, and course is very hilly, so I would recommend a buggy (unless you’re super fit). It’s a woodland course, which I found quite interesting and challenging. Any water features are dry at the moment. ‘Rustic’ is the description I would use to describe the course. The pro shop were very friendly and surprisingly well stocked with a variety of clubs. It’s difficult to see how the hotel has achieved 5 star status, but the place grew on us, as all of the staff were so friendly. Despite having to complain, everyone we came into contact with tried their best to help, and seemed to want us to have a nice time. Not sure we would return, but we had a pleasant couple of days.

I cannot understand the bad reviews. We had an excellent experience here. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The location is very good at the city centre and close to the attractions. We had chosen a spa package, which is highly recommendable and included chocolates and prosecco. The spa experience was amazing, which we have also reviewed separately in more detail. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. When we arrived early at 12, they let ut stay on the rooftop pool all day until our room was ready. Great customer service! And when I forgot my Spanish abanico at the hotel, they found it for me, and kept it for a week until I returned to pick it up. A special thank you for your help and honesty! Breakfast was good and the views were stunning from the rooftop to the Alcazaba. Very luxurious. They even opened the breakfast serving 15 minutes earlier than usual, so we had the chance to enjoy the breakfast and still catch our early morning bus. Just a perfect stay here. No puedo entender las malas críticas. Tuvimos una excelente experiencia aquí. La habitación estaba limpia y muy bien decorada. La ubicación es muy buena en el centro de la ciudad y cerca de las atracciones. Habíamos elegido un paquete de spa, que es muy recomendable e incluía chocolates y prosecco. La experiencia de hammam fue increíble, que también hemos analizado por separado con más detalle. El personal fue extremadamente amable y servicial. Cuando llegamos temprano a las 12, nos dejaron quedarnos en la piscina todo el día hasta que nuestra habitación estuvo lista. ¡Excelente servicio al cliente! 위치 : 호텔은 도로 모퉁이에 있습니다. 운전할 때 처음으로 발견하는 것은 쉽지 않았습니다. 주차하고 걸어야하며 호텔 표지판이 보입니다. 2030-0730 이후에 주차하지 않는 한 무료 거리 주차는 없지만 낮에는 어려움을 겪을 것입니다. 호텔은 주차를 제공하지만 추가 요금이 부과됩니다. 우리가 사용한 저렴하고 합리적인 쇼핑 품목을 제공하는 슈퍼마켓도 옆에 있습니다.

We booked our stay just a few days before arriving - myself, my husband, and our 13 year old twin boys. We arrived at the hotel around 9am, only to be informed that our room wouldn't be ready until 2pm and our all inclusive package wouldn't start until we had our room. This was disappointing, especially as we were scheduled to leave at 7am on our departure day. We left our suitcases in a locked room and headed to the pool area. Fortunately, I had packed the boys swim shorts and towels in their hand luggage, so they were able to jump straight in the pool. To pass time, we decided to head to the beach, but we couldn't access it as a room key was required. We finally received our room key just before 2pm. Our holiday wasn't off to the best start! The room itself was very clean and spacious enough for the for of us, with a limited pool view since we were towards the end of the block. The air con was good and the beds were comfortable. The shower was nice too. The hotel is predominantly Spanish (95% of the guests) Some of the entertainment team could speak little English, others none at all, and two of them spoke English well. The entertainment team were good, but you had to approach them to participate - they wouldn't invite you to join in. The evening entertainment was entirely Spanish. I thought the shows were good, particularly ”The Lion King” however my husband and sons didn't rate the evening entertainment highly. They did enjoy the daytime games once they included themselves and were able to join in. The majority of the staff spoke little English, making communication difficult. The all inclusive wasn't clearly explained; we had to figure it out on our own. The food in the restaurant was excellent - probably the best I've experienced at an all-inclusive. There was a good variety without being overwhelming. I'm vegetarian, my husband and sons are not, and we all enjoyed the food without any upset stomachs. There were plenty of salads, pasta, meats and fish. Special mention goes to one of the waiters, Alonso, who was fantastic with the boys and made us feel very welcome in the restaurant throughout our stay. The drink selection was also very good, branded spirits, bottled beers, nice wine in restaurant and slushies. The hotel was extremely clean - the staff work hard to ensure rooms, pool area, toilets and bars are kept very clean. There were no wasps, which I found a huge bonus. No trouble finding sunbeds, got them in our preferred spot everyday. The hotel could do with some TLC; there were a few broken tiles in and around the pool area. However the pool is amazing - perfect temperature, very large and deep, with relaxing water features. We had the pool to ourselves between 2-4pm as all the Spanish guests disappeared during that time. My husband was very disappointed to learn the beach bar/restaurant wasn't included in the all-Inclusive package. 리리뷰어Bajo nuestra experiencia, que a sido en temporada baja, a sido excelente, nos a gustado pasar por allí, la zona esta súper bien, y parece ser que es una familia que lleva el negocio, y son muy agradables y parecen ser muy humildes. Pasamos tres noches con nuestra mascota, nos dieron el ático, y estuvimos súper a gusto, la única pega que pondríamos que las almohadas no son muy cómodas, pero para tres noches que hicimos, son muy atentos y curiosos te dejan una bolsita con un estropajo, bayeta jabón y 2 bolsas de basura. La verdad que nos vamos con muy buen sabor de boca, gracias.

Our overall experience at this hotel is good. As others have suggested, its mostly Spanish guests, which is to be expected as the resort is in Spain, for me this isn't a problem however the entertainment is heavily geared towards the Spanish guests, even the kids club isn't very welcoming to English children as all the dialogue is in Spanish. The food at this hotel is fine, there is a good selection of meat and fish at lunch and evening meal and there's always a great salad bar, pasta, selection of potatoes and vegetables. It may not be piping hot all the time but it's generally well cooked and tasty. At breakfast there is a good hot choice including bacon, sausage, various eggs, beans etc as well as croissant, cold meats, cheese, bread, fruit etc. The breakfast cereals are quite poor. Only a few days there are cornflakes on offer, they are not the best quality but ok. The other cereals were not good, the rice crispies were like rock hard pebbles, the cereals need to be improved, quite a basic thing that was poor. The evening meal doesn't start until around 8pm which is quite late for guests with young children. However at this time there are plenty of tables but if you leave it until later you can be faced with a long queue to get a table. This wasn't much of an issue for us as we ate early but the restaurant gets extremely busy and overcrowded so later on its not a great atmosphere. There is a strange token system for drinks during the day, you are given tokens at check in to exchange for plastic glasses, each time you want a drink you have to go to the bar with your tokens or return your glasses for a drink. It seems that this is to cut down on waste or maybe staff as there is no need for staff to collect glasses. The only problem is that at times the queue to get drinks is long. You can also get basic snacks at the main pool bar such as crisps, popcorn and sweets. The snack meals are at the other pool area where there are burgers, chips, hot dogs, cold meat and cheese and some fruit. The pool areas are great for all ages, the kids pool with slides is good for the little ones and both of the big pools are nice. In August the pools were lovely and warm, all good here. I can't say anything about the standard rooms as we had a junior suite which was an excellent size. The main bedroom had two single beds together that created a huge bed, there's is a TV in the main bedroom and small wardrobe, but not many coat hangers. There is a second bedroom in a the junior suite with a double bed and small wardrobe but no TV, we also had a cot in there and it was still spacious. There is more wardrobe space near the entrance to the room with a safe, the safe costs €4 per day which I think is a bit excessise in terms of cost, other 4 star hotels provide this free of charge.
