호텔 레 칼랑크(Hotel les Calanques)

Loved our stay here. We were in the Mimosa room with a sea view in this little boutique hotel. We loved it - I wouldn't think twice about staying here again. It was nice and quiet - couldn't hear traffic, neighbours, etc. We were comfortable and slept really well. The bedroom and bathroom were lovely and clean. We could adjust the heating to our liking. We had breakfast every morning - cereals, fruit juices, variety of breads, pain au chocolat, ham, cheese, butter, jams, and chocolate cake - Mr Franck, the host, made a delicious lemon cake on the last day of our stay and it was still warm as he had made it that morning. We needed assistance organising a trip and Mr Franck contacted the taxi firm for us & really helped us out. Again - we loved it.

Called to make a reservation which seemed in order after speaking to the manager. All seemed fine until, just be sure, I sent an email confirming some details after which I got reply from the manager that the room was guaranteed unless I would email him my credit card number, exp date and 3 digit confirmation code on email. It is very strange to require the 3 digit code. Hotels never ask for this, banks warn never to provide it to 3rd parties and email is not encrypted. "Lavender" room had an extremely strong toilet refresher smell. After reporting this to the manager he said that they sprayed the room with parfum (why, and why one that smells of cheap toilet refresher?!). But after airing the room for an hour which got rid of most of the smell, it turned out that the cheap toilet refresher smell actually came blasting from the airconditioning unit (did he climb into the airco unit to spray parfum LOL?) As if something had been placed into the airco to masque another smell or something. The manager offered to have someone look at the airco in 2 days. Either way it was a horrendously strong smell of cheap toilet refresher blasting from the airco filling the entire room irritating our lungs so we turned it off and opened the windows, trying to sleep in a 28 degrees celsius room which was as you can imagine pretty awful. The next morning we had the breakfast. A very basic selection of some muesli, bread, ham, etc and no eggs for 48 euro for 2 adults and 2 children. After expressing my dissappointment about the whole experience the manager half heartedly offered to charge 36 euro for 4 cups of cornflakes and a coffee. We understand set backs happen but adding it all up this was a somewhat weird and disappointing experience.

Un hôtel tout à fait charmant et très bien placé. Les chambres sont à la fois très confortables, joliment décorées, très propres - bref un établissement idéal pour un court séjour ou quelques semaines de vacances. A deux pas des plages, belle vue mer du balcon de la chambre. Petit dejeuner très complet, espace bar, salle de restaurant et terrasse extérieure pour prendre un verre le soir ou manger en saison d'été. Une belle adresse à retenir, avec un patron très sympa... ce qui ne gâche rien.

Accueil très sympathique. Les gérants sont très gentil, très disponibles et de bon conseil (restaurants etc..). Chambre Horizon 2e étages avec très belle vue sur mer et terrasse. Literie confortable mais un peu étroite (140cm) . Propreté +++ dans tout l'hôtel . Climatisation efficace et silencieuse. Petit déjeuner bon et copieux. Parking aisé.

Accueil excellent, Les chambres sont avec climatisation toutes décorées différemment et très propres. Une excellente situation. Parking à proximité Très bon service Nous y séjournons tous les ans et nous reviendrons.

Un superbe hôtel de type familial deco typique du sud loin des chaînes impersonnelles ! Un petit nid douillet de paradis au calme literie très confortable vue imprenable et le top tenue par des personnes adorables et au petit soin pour que vous passiez le meilleur séjour ! Bravo et merci à vous nous avons adoré notre séjour

L'ensemble de la résidence premium est très bien avec de nombreux services, dont le restaurant, la thalassothérapie, la piscine. Deux ascenseurs. Vue mer superbe au sud selon les appartements, climatisation, aspirateur. Equipement cuisine complet avec machine à café Krupp. chauffage électrique d'appoint. Ménage correct une fois par semaine. Les Issambres, commune de Roquebrune sur Argens, jouit d'un emplacement exceptionnel sur la côte, entre St Tropez et Ste Maxime. Beaucoup de sites à visiter dans les environs, dont Roquebrune, avec nombreux golfs de très bonne qualité.
