Stayed for 4 nights in the triple room (overlooks the inner courtyard so not great views but very quiet). Room was a good size with a big comfortable bed. En-suite bathroom (water power is not strong but it’s ok). Great breakfast including cold meats and cheese, eggs, yoghurts, fruit, toast, cake and croissants…and coffee! Nice to have an area to come back to and have a drink at the end of the evening that is not a bedroom. B&B is 10 minutes walk from the Vatican; a couple of minutes from a bus (a very busy bus, we couldn’t get on it). Alessandra is so very helpful and we ate at her recommended restaurants every day; they had great food and weren’t expensive. Would definitely recommend this B&B for anyone looking for a cost effective and friendly place to stay in Rome.

This little bed and breakfast is a stone’s throw away from everything you need to see in Rome. The host was FABULOUS. She arranged transport, provided recommendations for food, cleaned our room daily, and made us feel like part of the family. We had no issues and had a delicious breakfast served together with the host and other guests. My husband and I loved this place and when we come back to Rome we will book again! Hopefully next year. Thank you for everything!

This is a perfectly positioned bed and breakfast. Few minutes walk from the Vatican and has a bus stop that takes you into Rome city - although we walked almost every day. The b&b is IMMACULATELY clean. And the rooms are cleaned to this high level on a daily basis. Breakfast is enjoyable and plenty with the host personally serving you fabulous coffees and pastries and cakes and fruits. But the very best thing about here is the owner - Alexandra - she is the most welcoming and warmest person I have ever met. So genuine and nothing was too much trouble. We arrived as guests but left as friends. We will definitely stay here again.

From the moment you arrive, she ensures that your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible and is always on hand to offer recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, and she's happy to assist with anything else you may need during your stay. The rooms are beautifully appointed, and Mrs. Alexandra's personal touch is evident throughout the property, from the beautiful decor to the thoughtful amenities provided in each room. But what really sets this property apart is the level of care and attention that Mrs. Alexandra and her team provide. They go above and beyond to ensure every aspect of your stay and even the coffee and pastries in the morning are perfect.

We had the most amazing time at the B&B Beside the Vatican. Our hostess was very attentive to us. Always had a lovely breakfast for us with a lot of variety. We were able to check in early so we could get on with the sight seeing. lol of our transportation was arranged by our hostess and she was always checking in on us to make sure we didn’t need anything. Room with private bath was always very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Alessandra was an amazing host. Full of great suggestions and information on places to visit. Breakfast options were amazing, room was clean and comfortable. We loved sitting on the little balcony in the evenings. We had a wonderful visit. Thanks Alessandra!
