Not 4 star. The Luxury Suites are in a separate bldg, so no access to reception or the bar unless you go out and down the road. Elissa in the breakfast room was great, professional and cordial. However, during our stay the last 2 days our room was cold. We contacted reception & a porter came & reset the aircon. Didn't work. Another call. Nothing. We sent an email that night & the next morning a staff member arrived with a technician who fiddled with the controls. They left & less than a minute later I checked the aircon & it was not working. I went outside & told the female staff who had accompanied the techician it was not working. She basically shrugged her shoulders and we never saw anyone again. We thought this might have only been our room but later that day we met an Indian couple. We asked them if their room was cold and they replied it was. They said they had given up asking the hotel to fix the problem. So not just us. No one should be forced to wear heavy clothes in their room because the hotel cannot ensure the aircon is working and the room is warm.
