오래된 B&B에서는 욕실과 방이 분리되어 있어 밤에 일어나기가 매우 불편하고 긴 복도를 통과해야 합니다. 방의 램프가 어두워서 잘 보이지 않았습니다. 서비스가 없습니다. 도착하면 전화를 걸어 게이트와 호텔 도어 코드를 요청해야 합니다. 호텔에는 4개의 객실만 있습니다. 유일한 장점은 에스파냐 광장 가장자리에 있어 출입이 용이하다는 것입니다.

Excellent stay for 3 nights in May. The location is perfect - an easy walk to many of the main attractions. We had an en suite room which was a good size, clean and a very reasonable price in comparison to hotels. Could only hear other guests moving around on one of the nights and the rest were very peaceful. Don’t be put off by the lack of reviews - would recommend.

TLDR: Your room might get cancelled without warning or notification if you book the room with a debit card to pay on location. The room might be nice, we never got to experience it because the owners cancelled our reservation a few days prior to our stay because they couldn't verify our debit card. We booked with a debit card because we chose the option to pay at the hotel. They cancelled without contacting me to ask for another card, and they didn't even send me an email to notify me that they had cancelled the reservation. I found out that they had cancelled when I contacted them to inquire about check-in procedures two days before our arrival, this was two days before easter which seems to be extremely busy for Rome with the Vatican and Pope and all. They didn't even apologize but just stated that we "didn't owe them money" and suggested that we try to find another hotel. When I asked why they cancelled without contacting me they just wrote that they, and I quote: "checked with ******* and I am entitled to cancel as the credit card does not guarantee the room". So yeah, the hotel may be nice, I don't know, but if you reserve the room with a debit card to pay at the hotel, they might cancel the reservation without contacting you first or even notifying you.

I didn't realise that the bathroom was not in the room, therefore I was really surprise when I found out that the bathroom was down the hall... not something that I would like to do ever again

We booked Casa Heberart at the very last minute , as we had an overnight layover in Rome before heading back home, trying to take advantage of seeing some Roman history. The place is so wonderfully located, and in minutes we had seen the Trevi fountain, the Spanish steps and the Pantheon. The Colosseum is very walkable, and along the way is great shopping and gelato, and we dined right across the street...40 feet from the door, and that was fabulous. All our texts were responded to very quickly , and the owner even organized a taxi ride to FMO in the am. It's hard to find reasonably priced accommodation in Rome within walking distance of the sights . Casa Heberart was exactly what we were looking for . Highly recommended !!

Cute Hotel. We had the „Chinese Room“ which gives very little space for suitcases. Was kind of a climb through the room. Other rooms which we have seen in the same accommodation are bigger. So better ask before booking. Cleanliness can be improved. Shower gel, soap in tiny plastic bags means a lot of plastic trash. Very noisy surrounding. Very central close to the Spanish Steps.

Close to centre but service from staff wasn’t great. I only saw a cleaner with little English, could not communicate with her. And was only able to communicate with one lady via text at her convenience

Staff are friendly & professional. Bed is super comfortable and pillows are bliss! Happy with my stay here. Would recommend
