오렌지 호텔(Orange Hotel)

Cet hôtel mérite à peine deux étoiles. Une des hôtesses d'accueil est agréable l'autre est aussi avenante qu'une porte de prison. La télévision ne marche pas et malgré nos réclamations répétées elle n'a jamais été réparée.

Very nice and helpful staff. Wifi is decent. Location is very close to Vatican city. Rooms are alright not too bad hence the price 🙂

Nos trataron y nos ayudaron muy bien con mi abuela que iba en Silla de Ruedas. Y un cabezal muy grande y cómodo.

Che dire?? Mi sembrava di essere protagonista di HOTEL DA INCUBO. Hotel vecchio e veramente mal messo. TV non funzionante. Ho prenotato due stanze per due notti, in una delle due stanza non ha funzionato lo scarico per il primo giorno e volevano stessi in queste condizioni per tutto il mio soggiorno utilizzando il bagno della reception... Minacciate vie legali mi hanno dato una doppo adattata a tripla. Da evitare...sembre un hotel ad ore...

The arrival was super, good informations, we asked for a good restaurant near-by andthe advice was so good that we 6 out of 7 nights went to that restaurant. The room was well cleaned every day. We enjoyed Orange Hotel

Right in the center of Everything, WALKING distance to alot of thing's. I like the staff, aleays helpful with a good disposition

We chose this hotel for proximity to Vatican City and the many amenities; room service, rooftop meals, rooftop view, handicap, accessible everywhere. Well, the restaurant was closed . The Jacuzz you have to pay €32 per person to use. We called the hotel from the airport for early check-in were told we could get early check-in by 11 o’clock. We paid for a taxi service for all of us to get there including my mom in a wheelchair and were told there was no early check-in we’d have to wait till 3 o’clock no exceptions if a room happened to open up, it would cost us another €30 per person to enter any room early and they lied they said they never spoke to anyone and that was a big lie. And So we had to take my mom in a wheelchair and my whole family and go find a place to park for three hours sees me for hours while they read it up our rooms the handicap accessible part is they have a lift that takes you from the bottom floor to the base floor of the lobby there’s two lobbies ones on the left ones on the right basically ones in the front was in the back we can only answer the front one the Back being too many stairs. This is a big issue. The room had a big step up to the bathroom. The rooms were dirty, dusty, smelly and old. No toiletry articles actually had to ask for everything blankets, etc. not 4 star at all 2 at best. We booked 3 rooms and all 3 rooms sakes issues. My sisters room looked like there was blood on the wall.

Come hotel e come è strutturato è stupendo perchè con i colori arancioni ha il suo fascino. Tuttavia per quel che riguarda la camera, benchè sia spaziosa e comoda, necessita qualche "ritocco". La cassaforte sulla finestra non è proprio estetico e anche il mobile antico con lo specchio non è proprio l'eccellenza, se mai doveva essere messa li dentro la cassaforte. Non ci sono molte prese per caricare il telefono, mp3 o il portatile e poi il dover digitare il codice sulla maniglia per entrare, devo dire la verita, è scomodo. Ho dovuto reclamare almeno 2 volte perchè non c'era lo shampoo per la doccia, poi menomale lo hanno ricaricato. Il personale è ben disponibile e di aiuto per esaudire i desideri. Certo, sicuramente da tornarci, perchè comunque questi "ritocchi" sono solo a scopo di aiutare a scegliere anche gli altri viaggiatori a soggiornare qua. Anche perchè la camera ha anche la vasca dove rilassarsi dopo una lunga giornata di lavoro.

There is a lot of mix feeling about this hotel. The location is great about 5 min walk to the Vatican. The room are so-so. No big deal. The first room the Ac didn’t work and and u can see there where some water damage or stain in the wall also it smelled moldy in the first room. The second room was good just water stain in the walls but the biggest problem was the noise that came from the restaurant which is 2 feet next to the hotel and did not close till 2 am if your a light sleeper they will keep you up. With the loud talking Shout out the the two male staff at the front desk. They were every helpful
