파빌라 호텔 디 카르메(Favilla Hotel di Charme)

This is a charming hotel located about 20 minutes outside of Rome. It was the perfect location for what I needed. There was free parking, air conditioning, and an elevator. The breakfast served in the morning was super and everyone was very helpful and kind. I loved the small cozy size of the place and it was kept very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for 3 nights in Favilla Hotel in October. Very nice place with its own charm. Our room was recently renovated and very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Very fast check- in and check-out. Amazing breakfast. Fast walk to the city train to get to Rome..

The property is well maintained, very clean. There are no amenities like a common area, office space, pool. Rooms are spacious and clean. Amenities inside of the room were up to date (new bathrooms/showers/sink). It is true that the breakfast is free but quite basic (simple bread and pastries, meats/cheeses, eggs, juice and coffee) but the staff working there are incredibly attentive and kind, it added to the overall experience Note it is far from city center but it is perfect for anyone who wants a quiet and clean stay outside of the hustle and bustle

The rooms were not soundproof - I could hear every movement in the hallways. One of our rooms the A/C was out so they moved us to a smaller room, with barely any compensation for what I paid. We found ants on us in bed and along the floor in both rooms. We were not even allowed to use the microwave because the late night front desk attendant “Did not know how it works”. The wifi is terrible, I had to spend $150 on HotSpot just to be able to work. You cannot connect to the room bubble half of the time and the time you can connect you get 25-30 mbps speeds max. Outlets were falling out of walls when you unplugged devices. You also could not adjust your own AC, you had to call the front to adjust it. 60 min bus ride to the city or 30-50 euros one direction depending on the time of day you called an Uber or Cab. 70 euros to get here from the airport as it is outside of the city center. You will always be upcharged for exiting the center IF you can find a driver who wont drop your request. Save your money if public transport is too long for you (1hr 20mins in one direction or 100 euros a day to get to the center and back) and just get a hotel in the city center.

My group truly enjoyed our stay! The staff was beyond wonderful! They really provided excellent customer service! Max, who worked the front desk, was very considerate and very helpful when it came to helping us navigate around Rome. The restaurant staff were awesome! They were very friendly, accommodating and patient with us. The hotel serves breakfast and dinner with inside and outside seating. The food was very good and it was nice having a fresh, cooked complementary breakfast each morning. We loved eating breakfast and dinner on the outdoor terrace. It was such a wonderful a**osphere to enjoy a few glasses of wine in the evening. The hotel is very cute with a boutique style feel. Some of our rooms were small, but cozy. The beds were comfy, but the rooms could be warm at times. Once we informed the staff, they adjusted the air conditioning to make us more comfortable. The hotel is a bit outside the city center, but it is a nice area to walk around. There are also great restaurants within walking distance. We had the best pizza at Pianeta Pizza Roma and really good sandwiches and desserts at Fratelli Silvestrina. We had a great time here and would have no problem staying here again!

Sempre eccezionale..!! Un ristorante così è difficile da trovare.. accoglienza, gentilezza,e buonissimo cibo,sono le cose che più lo distinguono..lo stile della location è veramente affascinante e molto accogliente Lo consiglio a tutti coloro che amano il buon cibo e di qualità

L'hotel esternamente è molto curato ed elegante. Lo stesso possiamo dire degli interni. La sala delle colazioni, a buffet, è molto bella e le colazioni sono votate al dolce ma non mancano i piatti salati intercontinentali. La camera è molto pulita anche se non tanto grande e il personale è molto disponibile. L'hotel si trova sulla strada ma ha il proprio cancello e piazzale per parcheggiare. L'unica nota negativa è la presenza della vicina ferrovia che anche durante la notte si fa sentire, in ogni caso siamo riusciti a dormire serenamente grazie alla comodità del letto.
