The room was very comfortable, although it did open directly onto the small entrance/reception/kitchen area of the property. This meant that any staff or guests there could see directly into the room and bathroom whenever the door was opened. The location is great. Right at the end of Ponte Sisto so easy access to places like Piazza Navona, Pantheon etc, on Google bus routes for places like Vatican and, of course, right in the centre of Trastevere.

Pay attention to recent negative comments and find somewhere else. Worst customer service experience ever. Do you need something? You won't find anyone to even ask your questions. I'm not even talking about the noise etc. Customer service alone is enough to stay away from here. Don't ruin your vacation by book from here. Many nice hotels around Trastevere.

On the banks of the river just a great place to stay easy to get every by walking as we love walking and exploring i think only 30/40 minutes walk to most tourist highlights. Will stay there next time...

This place is absolutely filthy… The room smells so strongly of sewage and cigarette smoke it is making me sick. Thankfully we only booked one night but it ruined our last night in Italy. For $350+ a night this guest house is a scam. We have traveled all over Italy and understand buildings are old and the occasional smell of sewage may occur but this is extreme, it is a health and safety concern staying here The AC does not function properly SafetyThe extreme sewage back up and secondhand smoke is a clear safety concern

Lovely apartment, so well located for all main attractions of Rome

I want to start with the positives -- this place is in the PERFECT location. Our daughter is living in Trastevere and this location is 5 minutes walking distance to her and yet, directly across the street is the walking bridge over to Rome. It couldn't be any better situated! I assumed it was a hotel. I reviewed their notes and pictures and was very excited for my upcoming stay. Unfortunately, my arrival was delayed until after 9pm -- I didn't realize that would be a challenge. This is NOT a hotel, it's a suite of rooms in a building. There is NO reception and NO concierge. The people that work there are only there on SOME days from c. 4-c. 7 pm (those were the hours I was told). This means if you can't figure out where extra blankets are or how to turn the heat up, you're on your own. No one to ask. Check in was a bit of a nightmare -- since no one was there when I arrived, I had to call (my phone wasn't working internationally despite my plan, so I had to call daughter & ask her to contact them -- very challenging since no-one is on site 24/7). They did not answer my emails through **********, so only had to rely on my daughter. I did get in, but because no one was there, I had to meet them the next day to present my credit card. Another problem because they wanted me to come back at 3pm to provide but my day was already underway! They also don't have the toiletries that are pictured -only hand soap & body soap. No conditioner or lotion or shampoo.

Excellent service and great location.

Position is great, room is fine also the staff is nice but is very very noisy. Was impossible to sleep: weekend people are standing, chatting drinking till very late downstairs. Weekdays still cars, scooters, police, ambulance and early morning street cleaning service is a way too loud. The picture attached was taken 7:00 in the morning street is already busy. The owner should improve isolation with better windows.
