트리 샤름(Tree Charme)

This property was excellent, especially for larger groups. Very well laid out and stocked with wonderful amenities. The location was perfect for getting to all attractions around Rome and the views were amazing!!! Though not needed the host staff was easily available and checked on us throughout our stay.

The room was nicely decorated and very clean however if you would like to sleep at night, this maybe isn't the place for you. The walls are like paper and I could hear every word exchanged between the couple in the room next door. As a solo traveller I also felt uneasy about the lack of reception on arrival/overnight and the keys to my room were simply left in the door for me, and anyone else, to obtain. The hotel is in what appears to be an old apar**ent building and had no clear signage outside and wasn't that easy to find in the dark. The place was nice, but felt like staying in an upmarket hostel rather than a hotel. Your stay will very much be dictated by who is in the room next door.

This is not really a hotel. It is a guest house with minimal services. The rooms are clean and modern but the floor in mine was buckled and one could easily trip. The bathroom was very nice. The A/C was very good. There is a reception from 8-3 and really no lobby. The location is excellent. For the price I expected a bit more. Photo’s lead one to believe there is much more to the ‘hotel’. Staff was nice.

Apar**ent living area did not have comfortable seating for 4 Need to update large sofa loveseat.

Used this as our base in Rome, walked to all the major sights, and it was local to some really nice bars and restaurants. Room was modern and clean, staff were helpful. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely. All in all a fantastic place to stay, I would recommend this to my friends and would stay here again.

This is not a hotel , but rooms to let in a block of flats ( AFFITACAMERE). This is why the reception is only open in the morning. So if you arrive later they will email you instructions to your room. Rooms are very luxurious with nice view of the river. They prepared us a baby cot for the baby for mo extra charge. Nice breakfast with buffet in the garden. Very polite staff. I can highly recommend it because you don’t pay a hotel rate ( it’s quite cheaper) but you get luxury rooms with character and charm. Excellent location walking distance to all tourists attractions and near restaurants of Trastevere. Outside the entrance of the hotel there is a taxi station and you can take a taxi to everywhere. It the reception can book you a van to the airport for almost the same price but with baby seats. I Highly recommend it.

Had an amazing stay at the apar**ent in the Trastevere area. Excellent communication and the check process was super easy. Trastevere is such a nice area, has a cool vibe and everything is within walkable distance.

Great small hotel, in the best possible location to visit Rome! From Tree Charme, everything in within 15-20 min walking distance, Vatican City, The Coliseum, Saint-Angelo Castle, the city centre,.. everything! This hotel is situated in a beautiful area just beside the river, surrounded by small charming streets full of restaurants, cafes and shops... with all you can imagine to eat and buy . Best location ever! And the hotel staff is great, very nice, friendly and helpful, always with a smile. Thank you guys for everything! Breakfast was good. We are both vegan and they had soy milk and lots of gluten-free biscotti and biscuits. Good variety for non vegan as well. Breakfast is always outside, in a lovely patio, but it was quite cold sometimes. No indoor breakfast room. Best place to stay in Rome!

We knew this hotel was going to be noisy before our visit so we were prepared. However we didn't expect a concert EVERY night in Piazza Trilussa (right outside our window). These go on until midnight. They are actually entertaining for the first couple of nights, but then, after another hard-days walking around Rome, we just wanted a bit of early shut-eye. We took ear plugs, but even these didn't keep all of the noise out. The staff were all great and the room was kept clean and tidy. The lift is good laugh too :) If you're up for joining in the fun each night and having wonderful Trastevere at your feet then this hotel is ideal for you.
