타운하우스 캄포 데 피오리(Town House Campo de Fiori)

We stayed at Town House for one night as a stopover in Rome enroute to New York. Francesco, the owner, met us at the apar**ent and was kind enough to bring our bags up to the apar**ent. The apar**ent is one room, at the same time modern and traditional, with beamed ceilings and modern accoutrements. Francesco designed the rooms himself and did a great job. There is an elevator but there is a short flight of steps in the building entryway. The bathroom was clean and modern and was well stocked with soaps, shampoo, a comb, toothbrush and so on. There were adequate towels. The shower was good and, unlike some hotel showers, did not leak all over the floor. TV was large screen with many channels but I could not find an English language station. Air conditioning was effective. The area is perfect, with the Campo de' Fiori square about a block away. One could not hear the noise of the square, however. There are many shops along the picturesque narrow, cobble-stoned street and on Sunday there was a sort of street fair with vendors selling mostly jewelry. Occasional vehicles and motorcycles crept down the street-watch out! Not far away is the Via Arenula which has some basic shopping. We were quite satisfied with the room and would return to this location if we should come back to Rome in the future.

Clean, great location and a place to lay your head at night. No hotel amenities so if that’s what you’re looking for this place isn’t for you. If you’ll barely be in the room this is perfect!

I booked 2 nights at Townhouse Campo de Fiori for myself and my 12 year old son, using a Wonderbox voucher. It really exceeded our expectations. So central, perfectly located in the middle of what feels like everyday life for Romans, with little shops everywhere, a bustling small town feel all around. The owners and staff are lovely warm people, very helpful. It's great to be completely independent and have your own key. The breakfast voucher for a sicilian bakery/coffee shop round the corner was a great experience too ! We absolutely loved it. Spacious, clean, very comfortable. If I was to choose some constructive criticism, I would say the heating on during the night was too much for us and I would have had the choice to switch it off, and we never managed to get the TV working without crashing repeatledly, but these are very minor points which don't affect the overall score. Highly recommended!

This is the second time that I stay at Townhouse over the past 2 years and it's always lovely. Beautiful and spacious rooms with a nice view over the famous Campo Dei Fiori and within walking distance of literally the entire historic center of Rome. Francesco and Stefano are wonderful hosts, super knowledgeable, professional, and always ready to give some tips on places to visit or restaurants to eat. A must-stay if you're going to Rome.

Though the place is quite nice, the building is very noisy because of works in progress and the entrance is dirty simce used as a deposit of different kinds of material. Impossible to rest. Ruined vacation.

Tornati a Roma in visita di piacere dopo alcuni anni non potevamo stare meglio. Il B&B Town House si trova a due passi da Campo dei Fiori, nel cuore della città. È al terzo piano con ascensore in un palazzo d’epoca ed è composto di 4 camere arredate con gusto e armonia. Dove non manca niente. Francesco e Stefano i due titolari sono simpatici cortesi e sempre disponibili a qualsiasi richiesta. La colazione, disponibile in una straordinaria pasticceria ( I Dolci di Nonna Vincenza) che si trova a 50 metri dalla struttura, è goduriosa e ti fa iniziare la giornata con la giusta carica per visitare la straordinaria Roma. Torneremo a visitare la capitale e il Town House sarà sicuramente il nostro punto d’appoggio. Alla prossima 😉

Semplicemente bellissimo!Fantastica la posizione,con una straordinaria veduta,dalla finestra della camera,della stupenda Campo dei Fiori.Eccellente l’accoglienza dello staff davvero gentile,attento e preparatissimo in ogni dettaglio.Camera elegante,spaziosa ed arredata con gusto.Ottima pulizia in tutta la struttura,Sicuramente da ritornarci.

La struttura si trova a due passi da Campo dei Fiori, in una via centrale. La hall è molto accogliente e le stanze non sono da meno, unico neo la colazione non è all’interno della struttura ma in un bistrot molto vicino, però devo ammettere che anche il bistrot è assolutamente all’altezza di tutto il resto, i dolci buonissimi e non stanno a controllare cosa prendi…anzi ci hanno proposto una spremuta d’arance fresca oltre al cappuccino e al caffè. Ultimo plauso per l’host: è stato disponibile in tutto, dal late check-in, senza costi aggiuntivi, alla prenotazione del transfer sempre con gentilezza e simpatia. Ci tornerei volentieri

Nous avons passé 3 jours sur place, du samedi 4 au lundi 6 Mars. Accueil très chaleureux sur place. Chambre très propre avec grande salle de bain. Gros point fort : l’emplacement. Tous les monuments de la ville de Rome entre 5 et 30min à pieds. Personnel très souriant et sympathique. On nous a donné plusieurs adresses pour manger ou endroits à aller voir. Je recommande.
