스파냐 애비뉴(Spagna Ave)

我帶兩個孩子出遊，訂3人房，預訂時候的描述是兩個房間的公寓。去到才發現這一層有5個房間，2個衞生間，酒店（不算是酒店）是給我們兩個房間，一個衞生間，就是～衞生間並不在房間裏面。我們上衞生間要經過公共區域和別人的房間，洗澡要自己帶衣服去，再把衣服帶回自己房間，出入都要鎖門，去衞生間要密碼，回房間也要密碼。我帶2個孩子出遊，晚上孩子根本沒辦法自己上廁所，我自己去也害怕，因為要經過公共區域，沒有攝像頭，而且一層大門是敞開的～安保為零。雖然衞生間是衹有我們一家人用，但實在不方便，比宿舍都差，住了一晚，堅決不住。跟攜程協商，代理説酒店不肯退款。預訂時，頁面也沒有描述是這樣情況！！實在恐怖，不退款我們也不住了。唯一的優點就是地理位置靠近購物街，可方便購物，但是住宿安保是沒有的。購物後也要小心安全。

前台工作人員很熱情也很耐心。

O hotel está em uma localização excelente! Pode-se ir caminhando, em poucos minutos, à Fontana di Trevi, Piazza di Spagna, Trinitá dei Monti, Piazza Barberini (de onde saem os ônibus hop on hop off), Via del Corso, etc. O atendimento foi muito cordial, recepcionistas solícitos. Ficamos em um quarto quádruplo, muito bem demorado, espaçoso, limpo. O hotel fica no primeiro andar de um prédio onde há outros hotéis. Não tem uma placa de hotel do lado de fora, só uma plaquinha no local onde fica o interfone do prédio. Deve ser por isso que em alguns comentários as pessoas reclamam que não conseguem achar o hotel. Mas sabendo disso, fica fácil localizar a entrada. Um detalhe a ser melhorado: o aquecedor estava meio fraco e o quarto meio frio.

The hotel is more like a private hostel. The front desk is only open from 8am-8pm so make sure you ask them what you need during the day. They will not call a taxi company for you if you need one. The doors are thin so you can hear guests in the hallway a lot. The rooms are dated and could use some updating. The beds were comfy enough and the rooms were clean. If you are looking for an accommodation on a budget this is a good option. The location is basically the best part of the hotel for the price point. They give you an emergency line to call for the hours of 8pm-8am when their front desk is closed. We had to use it on the last night and it took several attempts calling them before they picked up. All in all I wouldn’t go back, but it wasn’t a terrible experience either.

This is an exceptionally well located hotel when visiting Rome. Staff are friendly and attentive. Tea and coffee making facilities are freely available. There were three of us in a room and it was still spacious. We highly recommend booking this hotel.

I arrived at the adress on the email and they send me to another place. Nobody helped me, I had to take another taxi. Arriving there the door was closed and a letter on the wall with a phone number.. that did not answer for a long time. I had to stand in the middle of the street and was late for work. I had no idea I was in another place then the one I choosed. Finally guided trough the stairs by phone I reach my room and the sheets are dirty and with a lot of holes like from moth ( I got pictures). I did not sleep and kept my clothes in the laguage. The shower was only COLD water, and noone answered to explain or fix that situation. I would really not recommend this structure. VERY BAD ORGANIZED and even unkind on the phone. They did not excuse but just say that some information "should have" arrived on my email. Unfortunatelly it didn't and that was nothing I would even expect or search in Spam for. If I take a place to stay I go to the adress that I contacted not somewhere else in Rome.. unbelievebale. But worse the sheets and the shower!!

The appartement is quite small and the wifi was not working in the appartement. The staff is friendly is helpful.

Esperienza positiva. Abbiamo avuto un problema con il climatizzatore della stanza che era poco efficiente e rumoroso. Hanno provveduto subito cambiandoci camera. La struttura è molto pulita e a due passi da piazza di Spagna. Abbiamo parcheggiato l'auto in un parcheggio a pagamento a dieci minuti dall'hotel. Unica pecca, i rumori provenienti dalla strada e dai corridoi della struttura. Tutto sommato siamo soddisfatti. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.
