位置不錯，門口在修路，不過歐洲這個裝修算新了，房間也挺大，就是4000多一晚真的有點貴了

We just finished an excellent stay for 3 nights while visiting Rome with our children. The hotel is well located right near the Pantheon (90 second walk) in the City Center. Very clean and modern. We stayed with our American children ages 8, 7 and 2 and had 2 rooms. We were able to walk to the fountain; spanish steps and many other attractions. The front desk was kind enough to put is in rooms 504/505 which was amazing for our family. The breakfast was included in our stay and delicious- a great way to start a day of sightseeing. The bell staff and housekeeping were excellent and assisted with our excessive amount of luggage. Highly recommend. Area felt very safe

If you are looking for a 5 star hotel in the middle of the best sights in Rome it is hard to bean the Pantheon Iconic Hotel. It is a one minute walk from the Pantheon, less than 10 minute walk from Trevi Fountain on one side and Piazza Navona on the other. The staff was fabulous and the rooftop bar was a great place to hang out to work (I met a digital nomad there) or for leisure. My room was beautiful and very well appointed. I would not hesitate to stay here again on a future trip as it is in the heart of my favorite part of the city. Also although it is very centrally located, it was very quiet and easy to get a good nights sleep.

I was so excited to end our trip here at this nice hotel, so when they placed us on the top floor right beneath the roof top bar where they scheduled a private party I was so disappointed. All night we could hear the music and bass thumping. We called twice asking them to have the music turned down and nothing happened. They claimed they couldn’t move us because no rooms were available. I finally had to get out of bed and go ask the bar staff directly to turn it down. For a place this nice and expensive, they should know better than to book rooms beneath an all night party event.

Unprofessional Staff and Poor Customer Service I had a terrible experience with this hotel. Despite receiving an official cancellation email from Marriott, the hotel refused to honor it and made the refund process extremely difficult. The staff were consistently rude throughout the ordeal, especially Viorica, the Rooms Division Manager. After several attempts to resolve the issue, I had to escalate the matter to senior members of the Marriott Group. The level of unprofessionalism and poor customer service from the staff at this hotel is unacceptable, and I would not recommend staying here. I am still trying to get my money back

This hotel has been on my bucket list since the start of the year! So needless to say, I was more than excited to book this fabulous hotel! And I must say it’s absolutely beautiful! However the check in experience we had left us feeling ready to go home before our 5 night in Rome adventure. We understand that the hotel. Has a 3pm check in policy and upon arrival at about 10:30am the receptionist gave us this clear notice about rooms not being ready at the moment and there was no time update that could be given. This was clear and understandable; however as we sat in the lobby we watched several guests, couples and families enter and receive a room before 3pm. When we went to the counter to inquire we was redirected firmly as others checked into a room. There was about 4-5 different individuals/couples/groups that received a room. There was no other guest with our room type that waited until 3pm to check in. I’m not sure if it was the color of our skin, status or nationality, but it felt awful. When we finally got to our room the room was not prepared. The bed was not made there were missing towels, hair on the walls of the shower. It was not a good experience. After speaking with the manager. We was offered 20 dollar coupon off our breakfast meal or a change of room to a higher floor ( but the room change had a time limit) .and we were headed for a Florence day trip. This was degrading and they were not willing to rectify the poor experience.

Minus one front desk person the people were great, my Issue was that the room for the first night had the A/C broken. We asked for a call from the manager Silvia Catalano (GM) as during our stay they did NOT have a manager on duty for 2 days? No call and no help. Its a nice hotel, I hope your rooms A/C works when you check in: UPDATE: I can now understand the reason the front desk person was RUDE. Her GM Ms. Catalano is is EXTREMELY rude herself. Blamed the experience on myself. Not sure how a room in Rome with NO A/C with temps in the high 90's is my fault. If I were you and heading to Rome I would watch if there is an issue they DO NOT CARE about YOU. Good LUCK

This may be an outstanding place, but it is the people who make you want to return or go there in the first place. Especially when the goal is to be a boutique hotel chain. Granted that we booked a non refundable room for 7 nights thinking nothing will make us cancel an anniversary trip to Rome. But when your pet is diagnosed with an incurable brain tumor, do you hesitate when deciding to stay with him and offer treatment? We did not, yet the management at this property decided to charge us for all 7 nights. In response to a request to cancel, we were offered a discount on a future stay. A future stay? No way!
